Swimming pool, breakfast
Not very good location, it was missing a bath matt and a set of towels when we arrived
not worth it
it is not clean, the coffee is bad, no water served during breakfast
Good
Considering we stayed for leisure, the Hotel could provide a better and bigger TV with more options of channels as well. Another point is, instead of two double beds, you could offer another option for couples like having a room with a Queen or King bed.Last point is the Hotel could offer a covered car parking, but that’s all. Everything else was very good. ?
The room is clean and very private, the breakfast is great, they have free parking, swimming pool, and I could also play an old piano they keep on the hall. It's one of the best deals you can find in Campinas, either for business or leisure.
Good Breakfast
Noisy Aircon, Noisy fridge, no possibility to leave the window open as traffic outside is loud aswell. Bed lined with plastic underneath sheet, so not very breathable.
The staff was incredibly supportive, attentive, prompt, and responsive. The breakfast was good and very fresh.
The air conditioner unit was SUPER loud!!! They DESPERATELY need an upgrade... It was very difficult to sleep through the noise.
