Good location for my purpose. Nearby airport. Beds was okay

Room smelled alot like humidity. Toilet got clogged and the flush was too weak. Breakfast was not that good.

Very comfortable stay. The hotel front and reception look somewhat simple, but when you get deeper into it, it's a pretty big and beautiful hotel. Food was really good and inexpensive, just a really nice experience.

There was a long wait for the check-in, but we were very hungry so it probably felt longer than it really was.

There are no elevators on the premises and, despite just 2 floors, there’s no accessibility to upper levels if you are handicapable. There’s also no information about this when you book. Staff was kind enough to change our room to a ground level floor

We needed a place to stay overnight for an early flight out of Viracopos and Golden Park was an excellent option. It is only 15min from the airport, staff was really helpful, and the room was comfortable. We would stay there again should a similar situation come up!

Considering several guests at this hotel are headed early to the airport, I suggest the possibility of breakfast doggie bags or at least something available for guests to pick up when checking out before the restaurant is open. This is because breakfast is already included in the reservation, and it would have been great to be able to take something with us for our 6am flight. Another option could be to opt out of breakfast for a cheaper fare.

Near airport

Hotel is located in an industrial area. Most hotel guests are people in training at the factories. The air conditioning is horrible. Roons on 1st floor have no privacy. The worse: early in the morning there was a 13 people in line at the front desk waiting for the checkout which was done by 2 attendants. Ridiculous.

everything needs maintenance and the room has horrible acoustics. The air conditioning was dripping water on the television. Very dangerous.

Long line to check in. Disinterested staff. Loud and ineffective air conditioning. Outdated and grotty rooms. No airport shuttle.

Nothing. It was entirely something else than announced.

Property and its facilities were old and badly maintained. The bed linen and blanket were used and dirty. Poor quality mattress and pillows. Staff were grumpy, clearly seemed unmotivated. Towels stink. There is a huge gap with what was sold. I had booked 2 nights and stayed only 1 because I didn’t want to suffer there any other night.

Close to VCP airport. Away from noise roads. Wonderful shower. Nice clean bed.

It is close to viracopos, so this is the advantage. But recommend scheduling an Uber with time before the flight.

First room was with ar conditioning broken. Then I moved to another one where it was all ok. Simple hotel. Good if you're staying for short period.

They gave us the room key and when we oppened the room, we saw some persola things over one bad. The room waas occupied already. The bad and pilow was not good. Old rooms.

Almost everything was flawless. Air Conditioning devices could be updated and the matresses too soft. But a great hotel, indeed.

Everything is tired and average. Rooms are small. Facilities tired. Staff not all that interested in guests.

The shower was very bad, a lot of calcium carbonate, and very few water.
