Centurion Hotel & Spa Kurashiki Station

Excellent location: close to the Kurashiki train station and close to the Bikan Historical District. Both were an easy walk. Very clean.

The room was quite small. There was not much room to open and lay out a suitcase. There was a little hanging area for clothes.

The beds were sumptuous for the size of a room. The lobby is quite cute with some photo opportunities. They staff were friendly, very helpful and spoke good English. They offer in-room massage which I didn't try but would've been nice. The sauna and massage-chair were very appreciated. The location offers easy access to the covered street market and Bikan Historical District.

It's a very minor issue, but I would've like the room decor to be a bit brighter.

This hotel is conveniently located near Kurashiki Station. The room is spacious and features an onsen.

Comfortable room, enough space for two. Location was great. Staff was great, breakfast was unique.

The internet was terrible. It barely worked (or didn't work) on any device other than my laptop. I used my 5G the majority of the stay, since the internet so bad that I couldn't pick up messages on Slack or open any docs on my phone. The bathroom had such a steep step up that it was uncomfortable.

The location is perfect, great size of the room, loved the nice bath on the balcony!!

Location - Walking distance less than 5 minutes from JR Kurashiki Station on the side closer to the Kurashiki Historic view area. I visited this hotel several years ago, and I decided to book it again because of the location. I enjoyed a public bath. Although it is not huge, it is lovely.

Really comfortable stay in a twin room, the hotel bath was lovely and the location was perfect, right by the station and not far from Kurashiki

The onsen is a small and simple one.10 minute walk to Kurashiki JR station.

In a good location for walking to all of the areas. The hotel backs onto a covered walkway area with lots of bars & restaurants. The rooms were a good size for Japanese standards and were clean.

The hotel itself is somewhat outdated and would benefit from renovation and the timings for breakfast were targeted towards people staying for business as opposed to leisure. Because of this we chose not to get breakfast at the hotel. The hotel tells you to use the parking that is opposite and they offer a discount. Unfortunately the reception made multiple mistakes with our parking ticket validation meaning we had three attempts at leaving the car park before it was accepted. If you are driving, I would recommend not taking advantage of this and instead look around for a better priced parking as the discount from the hotel doesn’t make the price overly worth it.

Very nice hotel with nice equipment in the room.The team was very nice and helpful. The receptionist Morimoto anticipated my needs with remarkable efficiency and courtesy. As a hotel manager, I am convinced that her admirable sense of service is a valuable asset to this establishment. FYI : it's not a European spa but a Japanese bath.

The lift is indeed slow but it didn't affect our stay.

Non-smoking room smelt smoke. Not enough taps in the big bath. Ppl are queueing naked 5-10 mins.Can hear tv noise from next room.

Spacious and clean room, complimentary tea and coffee, coin laundry, free large bath, perfect position to visit and to travel to nearby destinations

In room bathroom is tiny, however you can have a relaxing hot bath in the common large one

Internet connection is terrible in the room. A good internet connection is the minimal thing that is expected.

The staff is friendly and able to communicate in Mandarin.

The aircon is a dusty by appearance.

The hotel is in a good location and has a water dispenser.

Wi-fi is so weak.

The bedrooms are fairly comfortable, with amenities provided, a mini fridge and a TV.The hotel is walking distance from Kurashiki Station, and also walkable to Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter.There is also a Marunaka Supermarket across the road from the hotel, which was very helpful to us in terms of getting affordable food and drinks.

There were very few (3) shower stations in the onsen.

Great massage chair and onsen. Very comfy room with adjustable lighting.
