Good location with easy parking.
No snack vending machine.
the room is clean and tidy, staffs are very friendlyWelcome drink until 11pm is very good especially after back from day tripcomplementary parking space is sufficient
location is away from public transport, but it doesn't matter as we drive
free carpark, welcome drink, good breakfast, spacious room, youtube tv
Room was very clean and bigger than average. Breakfast was simple but taste gd. The room looked newer and nicer than the photos here. So it was better than our expectation
Location is a little far from tourists spots.
Location is good with supermarket and entertainment center nearby, water dispenser and free drinks available. Room facilities are good.
The confirmation email mentioned extra bed can be arranged for children aged under 18. I have 6 people (4 adult and 2 children) but only 2 double beds with 4 pillows were given. When I requested extra bed for children I was asked to pay 2500 yen per night per room. If I know this beforehand, I would rather choose airbnb. Parking space is not enough, but they can let you use the car park of the entertainment center.
Free drink till 11pm. No worry about water. Aeon is just opposite.
With that price, nothing to complain.
Modern facilities breakfast included. Free parking in front. Focussed on convenience. Friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel when you make a stop on your car trip. Close to the highway ICT. Less suitable without a car.
No locker for valuables in the room. Everything else that you expect is available, such as water cooker, coin laundry, etc.
The breakfast was excellent and exceeded my expectations especially the variety of dishes available
I wanted a smoke free room which was not available at the time of my booking my decision to opt for the smoke area room made my stay uncomfortable though not the fault of the property
Nice location, comfortable, friendly staff.
Nil.
Good location near all food and supermarket. There is shared microwave and coin laundry available. Breakfast was very good.
A bit old but that’s ok.
The delicious traditional Japanese breakfast prepared by the staff was amazing!

A quick one-night stay so hard to comment. Met expectations and was happy with the service and room.
