It is right by the Okayama station so very convenient. Breakfast was excellent. Staffs are always so friendly and welcoming

Wish there was an area to take a shower without using the tub but it is a minor issue

I usually stay at a hotel with more affordable price. But, this hotel has more space and more comfortable. The view from the big window was also nice.

It could've been better if the hotel was located on the other side of the station because the Aeon mall where I often go is on the other side. But, it wasn't so bad.

Great hotel in a great location! It's attached to the station so it's super convenient. The staff were also SO kind - we found a couple spiders in our room and asked if they could come kill them for us so we would not damage the room, and they IMMEDIATELY apologized and insisted on changing our room for our comfort, which ended up being bigger at no extra charge. We had some bad experiences at a totally different hotel on our trip with bugs, so seeing them take it so seriously and be so helpful and sweet really made us feel taken care of and valued. :) Thank you to the wonderful staff!! We really appreciate your kind assistance and for being so welcoming and gracious, you're the best!!

The only bummer is that the hotel structure doesn't allow you to control the temperature manually in your room - it's set based on the external temp. We tend to get really hot easily even in colder months, so the toasty room made it a little tough, but I think for most people it's no big deal.

The staff was extremely helpful and available when needed. They helped me with travel information, made a telephone call for me to cancel a bicycle rental reservation we needed to do as a result of our travel changes.

I thought the carpet in the hallway could have been cleaned. Also, there was an issue with the laundry service we used - we got someone else's laundry mixed in with ours. Also, the lightbulb in one of the fixtures burned out.

The room was nice, and the staff were professional; I did not get the chance to try everything the hotel offered, but it was clear that the hotel was advertising some of its nicer restaurants in the elevators, which I wish I had the opportunity to try. There is a Lawson convenience store right next to the hotel.

I have no complaints.

Every nook and corner were very clean (even in the bathroom), it was easy to access since it is very near to the JR, the atmosphere inside the hotel was very pleasant with a nice scent, the staff was always very polite and helpful, the breakfast had a wide variety to choose from.

There was nothing special.

Nice room with a view. Very professional staff (special mention for the team in the lounge), excellent breakfast and convenient parking. Easy access to the station and city center.

Location and comfort are the main attractions here. The rooms (upper floors) are really nice, but not extreme big, not much room to put your clothing and or suitcases,. Beds were great, western pillows, nice clean and big shower and bath. Lounge is included in your stay in the upper floors, but only for a limited amount of time. Lounge is not open to hang-out in or no other place to really relax besides your room. Overal really nice comfortable hotel in excellent location, but expensive.

No place to hang out outside lounge hours, no bike storage in the hotel, no pool or gym.

The stay was planned at the last minute, but the team went above and beyond to support our stay. I had to visit a hospital during the night, and their assistance was truly exceptional. Wonderful job!

The location is excellent, just outside the railway station. It’s a big hotel with nice and clean rooms. The breakfast is great, egg to your order, salad, cheese and more. The price is a bit high

We stayed at this lovely hotel for seven nights and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and everything we needed in the room was neatly arranged. The buffet breakfast was good, featuring mainly Japanese-style dishes. The staff were helpful and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable.We loved the convenient location—just a short, easy walk to the train station, which made traveling to Kurashiki effortless. It’s also only a few minutes’ walk to AEON, a massive shopping mall.However, the hotel should address the air conditioning issues, as it couldn’t be properly controlled. While we were informed upon arrival and given an alternative solution, a permanent fix would be ideal.Additionally, a gym would be a great addition to the hotel’s facilities.

We were assigned to a room with non-working AC, but after complaining, and the hotel mechanics trying to fix it to no avail , we were upgraded to another room with bigger space and working AC ; many thanks to the attentive assistance of the operation manager - Mr Masakazu Sakamoto !! This is an old hotel , many floors/rooms have been renovated; some are still in need to repair, BUT our stay was comfortable and felt satisfactory with reasonable rate. Location is great , in the middle of shops and restaurants; and with direct walkway to the Okayama train station. The town area near the hotel is also clean and having nice ambiance!!

The Hotel’s normal practice - similar to many hotels in Japan- is to operate the central AC only during day time , then shut the whole system down at night ; this , to be fair to the customers, should be mentioned clearly in the Hotel Information.

Super location right beside main train station for Okayama, like 4 minutes walk from the platforms. Really comfortable, classy hotel really. Breakfast was good, lots of options to choose from and great view from the 20th floor.

The only thing this place is missing is a bath/spa/onsen thing that a lot of other Japanese hotels have, that's it. And you can probably find one of those pretty near by anyway!

This hotel was a great location as it was right next to the train station. The staff were very friendly yet professional. They went out of their way to be helpful and were so smiley! We were warmly welcomed. The breakfast was lovely. I really liked the freshly cooked omelettes! We loved the lounge access and the view from the Sky bar. This was well worth the money. I’d be more than happy to stay here again

The room was small and a little dated but we knew this. It was clean and the location, staff and breakfast more than made up for it!
