The location, the free breakfast, the big bathon 10/F, the bug openable window in the room.

Small room.

The room was excellent. The staff was welcoming. Breakfast is always great at hotels in Japan.

I didn’t realize how far the hotel was from the train station.

Comfortable beds, quite spacious room, nice amenities, free massage chairs (appreciated after long travelling days). Very well located next to Okayama station.

Unfortunately the public bath was not tattoo-friendly (not a big problem for us, but maybe good to know for other people).

The some areas of the room was not properly cleaned. For example, there were visible dust on a desk and tissue box. Might be an issue for people with allergy.

Room was close to train station, clean and desk/chair were comfortable for working. Staff was friendly. I was only here for 2 days so I didn't have a chance to use any of the perks.

Not a fan of centrally controlled air conditioner. I tend to like to be able to select AC when needed and Heater when it is needed. Being forced into heater only mode would probably be my only complaint with this hotel. (but it was November so take that gripe with a grain of salt)

I like the location near the Okayama Station, it’s convenient to go to mall and take public transportation

I did the wrong booking for smoking room, they couldn’t arrange another non smoking room for us cuz full bookingThe smoking room was too stinky to stay in it, I opened the window and use the spray to make it better, but it didn’t work

Nice breakfast offering, really nice official Onsen on 10th floor, beverage bar open 3pm-10pm, user friendly, pleasant staff, close to train station.

Room was a bit tight for 2 people, but manageable; not a problem.

hotel is ok, staff try to help, room clean. breakfast was not great for someone that looks for western food.

some noise from the street, and no food available for dinner so we had to start wandering outside looking for something to eat.

Location is excellent just behind the Granvia Hotel only 2-minute walk from exit at shinkansen station. Even though close to station it was quiet inside hotel.

Room felt cramped with barely enough space to walk around the bed. Sheets not clean. Front desk was not accomodating when one of our friends mistakenly tried to get a self-serve coffee after the cafe was closed even though the doors were open.

Large bathroom, great public onsen. Also massage chairs available free to use.

The hotel is few minutes walk from the Okayama station entrance and was reasonably priced.

The room did not feel very comfortable. The bathroom floor sloped a bit. The breakfast area had an institutional look and feel. Breakfast was adequate. The overhead light switch was at the head of the bed only, with a lot of glare in bed. Kind of awkward at times to get to the switch. But not enough light in the room otherwise.

The hotel’s proximity to the train station and the staff were great

The variety of food served during breakfast was limited. Also, we were assigned to a smoking room when we first arrived. Make sure you select NON SMOKING room when booking. We had to pay extra to get transferred to a NON SMOKING room. If you do not like traditional Japanese breakfast, just choose the no breakfast included option

Delicious buffet style breakfast. Ebimeishi was exceptional as was the gouda bread.

The room was similar to other rooms I stayed at in Japan, i.e. not big but sufficient space for one person. Though this room was a little more bland (less colorful or stylish) than some of the place I stayed. Breakfast was good (both Japanese and Western style food, which is common in most hotels). Location was excellent, right next to the main train station. Recommend if you are doing a lot of sightseeing and not spending a lot of time in the hotel. Staff is very friendly. I got access to the room a little before check-in time without paying extra, which was very appreciated.

Close to Okayama Station and restaurants and shopping. So nice to soak in onsen pool after a long day sightseeing.

Onsen bath got crowded after 8 pm. Needs more wash stations. People had to wait to wash up before going into onsen pool.

The room was big and comfy, beds were great. The public bath was clean.
