Good location with parking recommendations

It was a premium location right next to the station, and close to convenience stores and restaurants. The facilities were properly cleaned and well taken care of. They provided two pillows per person for a double bed, which is always nice.

The standard double room that charged almost 20,000 yen per night was a matchbox room, smaller than an average hotel in Japan. There is only room for one person to walk alongside the bed, and squeeze through the hallway to the main door. While it is as advertised, I would not recommend it for claustrophobic people, as it is really quite small.

Room is old and does not correspond to the pics on booking.com, bad smell, dusty. Bathroom is so tiny that one person cannot event stay inside to dry after taking shower…breakfast should be improved very poor on the continental part. Price don’t worth the services.

The AC unit was filthy and filled with black mould, the extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work, so it made the room really damp (probably why they included a dehumidifier, but they could just fix the extractor fan). I also feel like the people at the reception weren’t very helpful, might’ve just been a language barrier

Dirty bath towels with brown mark on it before using them.Bath equipment (shower, bath, toilet) very small. toilet cover bigger than the toilet diameter who make it annoying when going to the toilet.

We loved the location because it's near the Nishikawa Greenway Park which is a nice walk in the morning while everything is still closed and the road is still quiet. We also liked the firm bed.

For context, we booked the room last minute. Upon check in, the amenities were given to us in an old crumpled up white plastic bag; because according to the staff the room only has amenities set up for one person (although it was advertised at booking.com for 2 persons). And although we liked the bed, the pillows were 3 different kinds and one of it is rather small. Upon entering the room it smells musty. The size is of the room is of course small and while there's a window you can't really open it. Then there's the breakfast in the morning, the food was cold and not good. The restaurant's floor is dirty like, sticky kind of dirty. Also, they did not replenish the stock of the food even when there's still 30mins before the last call for the breakfast. The tray they provide where you put in your plates so you can carry it, is slippery and is a disaster waiting to happen. Overall, it's not worth it and we will not come back.

Breakfast was very good, but it appeared that too much food and drink items became unavailable prior to breakfast being over. Location was fairly close to major shopping centers and notable landmarks, but also a little too close to clubs and pubs for a family hotel.

No a/c in hallways and hallway carpet too used and unsightly.

The hotel is quite far from station. Footpath and road are not luggage friendly. Your luggage wheels are ready to wreck

The room was amazing, staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was really good, and the amenities were great. The hamburgers at the restaurant were delicious when we were too tired to go out and look for dinner! Can’t wait to go back!!!!!
