Great location, clean and a bit more spacious than than equivalent standard hotel

The room seems far from the lobby, felt like capsule hotel dorm.

Very comfortable and clean facilities, and the staff were always very helpful and accommodating. Capsule rooms and shared bathrooms were also very comfortable, great experience!

My cabin was close to exit and restroom so many customers passed and used, so a bit noisy. Except that, good value for money.

The onsen and location were our favorite parts about staying here. Very very close to the train station and having an onsen is always nice. Great amenities too like laundry room. The service is wonderful.

It felt like mostly business men use this hotel.

The hotel is just 300m from the east exit of Okayama Station. The reception is at the 6th floor of the building and can be accessed by elevator. In the lobby are a money exchange machine, bar (where you can also eat if you brought some food from outside), reception, free amenities shelf (razor, hairbrush, small packets of shampoo/soap/facial wash, etc), luggage storage.Cabins for male and female are separate. The cabin section can be accessed by keycard. The Women Only Cabin has 25 cabins with 4 toilets, 4 shower rooms, 4 sinks, 2 dressing tables, and a shelf of manga. In the cabin are a safe box, coat hooks with 3 hangers, box of tissues, small mirror, trash bin, slippers. There are two power sockets and the cabin light can be dimmed. Bath towel, face towel, and pajamas are provided. There is enough space to open a medium luggage inside the cabin. The bed also had space underneath to keep your luggage.Guests get one free drink daily (apple/orange juice, sake, shochu, cocktails). In the morning, there is free green tea, apple/orange juice, iced/cold coffee. The staff are very welcoming and always greet arriving/leaving guests.We arrived before check in and were allowed to leave our luggage.There is a restaurant and gym on the 7th floor though I was not able to check it out.

If you have food brought from outside, you can eat it at the sitting area between the bar and reception. Would have been better if they had a separate common area for eating.

Great location in Okayama. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious (really liked their curry and pork katsu). The staff were so friendly and gave us great recommendations for restaurants.

The room was definitely small (smallest of any hotel we had on this trip to Japan).

Absolutely excellent location - both for the station and the areas of activity. Great staff - always smiling, courteous and helpful. The welcome drink in the evening was just right. Will be back.

The continental breakfast. perhaps my expectation was high - would have preferred to see some fresh juices of Okayama, some more bread choices, maybe cheese and butter.

Warm and welcoming staff; was pleasantly surprised by the attention given early morning when I was leaving. The place is a symbol of Japanese cleanliness and perfection. Refreshing bath and perfect location - almost in front of the main station.

- near the station, in a shopping mall on the 6th-7th floor- has a public bath which I loved it- provides free drink in the morning and evening- staff are very welcoming and friendly

As I went during the Art festival, the price was on the high end for a female cabin room

The staff were excellent and I really enjoyed the sento -- both large and small sides were comfortable and had all the amenities I could want. I also appreciated the welcome drink!

It was not clear when I booked that the cabin rooms would not be cleaned at all during my stay. While I recognize that this is due to security concerns, it would have at least been nice to know.

Unfortunately, the solo traveler’s cabin is poorly insulated, resulting in excessive noise. Despite wearing earplugs, I could distinctly hear the loud sounds of other guests sleeping from across the hallway. The entire experience was nothing short of dreadful.

The location was very close to the train station - just a short 3 minute walk down the street. Located within the shopping arcade, convenient food spots nearby. There was a complimentary onsen which i liked and used, and even a sauna too. Clean and spacious room as well as bathroom. Complimentary drinks in the lobby and pajamas.

Some parts of the room were a little outdated, I saw some hair on my floor so not as clean as I expected. However everything else was great

I liked the location a lot, it was right across the street from Okayama Station. The bathrooms were clean and facilities were nice. The lobby was super, super nice and all the staff were amazing.

I stayed in the cabin and while they do warn you that noise blockage is limited, it's hard to emphasize enough how loud it is. I feel bad for anyone who stayed closer to the bathrooms, it felt like a girl was using the hair dryer at every hour of the night. Also, the snoring.

It is a bargain with lots of included features, a big public bath, a gym, and more. Room are clean. Shared dressing and shower room is clean. Small but comfy room. The stuff are friendly, offering a welcoming drink despite I am late.

The sound insulation is not the best. I always overheard slide door noises.
