What Guests Loved

Pros +
- The location of the guesthouse I stayed in was good, however it wasnt the guesthouse I had made a booking for. The owner double booked my room and gave it to someone else then moved me to another guesthouse he owned that was inadequate and unsafe.
Cons -
- I booked a room with a bed and a locking door and was given a mattress on the floor and a see through sliding panel door that didnt lock. As a paying guest I should at least have the basic right to privacy and room security.
