Cozy and the price is exceptional. Great bed, comes with nightshirts, the bathroom design was "normal" (shower head was directly over the bathtub unlike most other places)

This is a quibble, the name of this hotel is shared with the name of the sister hotel, except this one has "West" in it. I am sure I'm not the only person who has experienced confusing one building with the other and they are not exactly located close to one another. Disappointed there is no shuttle between the 2 terribly named buildings.

Excellent for one night stay. Very quiet room and location. I had a good night sleep on 8th floor room with windows open and had a nice view too to the hills in the north. I'm 6ft 2 inches tall, and the double bed was comfortable. Easy to spot the hotel building from the train station, which is just a short walk away. It's also a short walk to the bus terminal to Okayama University Tsushima campus. Nice amenities like slippers, yukata robe, microwave oven and water boiler. Wifi worked well and nice shower too. The hotel stored my luggage for the day without fee after checkout.

Room with double bed is small. Only table space is a desk that has a microwave oven on it. There is not a lot of space between the bed and the desk. It would seem uncomfortably small for two people. It was fine for me for one night. No coffee in rooms even though the hotel photos on Booking.com shows photos of it.

They would only give us one room key which does not make any sense. No smoking area.

The staff was amazing? They help me dispose my luggage which in Japan cannot just be thrown with regular trash. Very helpful! It is also very close to the station, so thats a big plus.

Great location and value for money, clean room BUT small double bed was too small. Not good for two people.

Great location- 5 minutes walk to Okayama station. Easy check-in- the staff are very efficient. Small room, but well laid out. Big plus was being able to drop my luggage off when I arrived, so I could fit some sightseeing in before check-in.

Fridge, Microwave, kettle and cups but no coffee, tea or eating utensils.

Bed was rather small for 2 persons. Didn’t like the elevated step to get to the toilet each time . Inconvenient & bad for the joints especially when we have been walking all day to Okayama attractions . Breakfast was not provided. Very basic hotel.

The room was great for me as a solo traveller. Everything was clean and the bed comfortable. It was nice to have a microwave and kettle in the room. AC/heating worked well. Having the room cleaned was optional but even without cleaning you could get bins emptied and clean towels. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the station (if you take the correct exit!!) and a convenience store nearby. Also it was so very quiet. Amazingly quiet. Apart from zero street noise, I never heard another person in 4 nights. So very unusual in a hotel, it was like I was the only guest. Perfect! I wished I was staying longer and would definitely stay again.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee provided. There was a kettle and 2 cups but if you are just there a night or even a few you don’t want to have to buy a jar of coffee or box of tea bags just so you can make a hot drink in the morning.

Very nice hotel with good staff. It wasn't hard to communicate. The hotel is close to the station, so it wasn't hard to catch a train or go to Shikoku.

3F room with view to a private property windows is strange. I could see people in a house, and they could see me. Stay away from 3 floor rooms.

Counter only has 1 staff and sometimes none at all, streets were a bit dark, 2 queen sized beds side by side with a gap in between that was easy to drop items into it but hard to retrieve

Decent accommodations. Decent WiFi. Really crammed the beds together and the tv didn’t have many non-on demand options. Altogether fine and close to the train station which was what we needed in a pinch.
