Cons -

- Very poor value with the room rate! No water bottle no tea or coffee bags, very small room that I can’t move when placed the luggage! And no staff at the front desk all the time.
- Booking.com allows to book a room for 2 adults and 2 child. The rooms are far too small to accommodate 3 bodies. The bed is small. We had to take a second room. This is not clear and should be changed.

we had a bad experience other place that we reserved before. And we changed this hotel that we used livemax before. Staff is very friendly and kind.
i think they don't prepare moisture and cream. they have toothbrush sets and ordinary simple sets.they think sustainability. that is very good.bad thing is we can see staff room from counter. maybe they need curtain or shutter door.
Near the station, good price for the quality
Rooms are quite small
Everything.
Clean, nice, new, warm, and technologically updated.
Location was pretty good - only a short walk from the attractive part of Kurashiki
Expensive.
Great location near the train station. It was a self check in so didn’t really see the staff that much.
