SSAW Boutique Hotel Hangzhou Wulin plaza Yefeng Modern Center

Free laundry service.

Cars can’t enter. Have to drop nearby and walk to hotel.

Great breakfast (it is a small selection but very tasty!) And the room was very spacious. Also loved the wooden interior.

It is a bit far from key areas such as xixi wetlands, shopping area but easy (& cheap) to reach by taxi. The room lighting was a bit dimmer than usual.

Good location

The living room with a bathtub is strange and the shower is not working well.

Very big room n staff are helpful

Heater needs to be improved.

Nice hotel. Big room. Comfortable and all the needed stuff are there. Clean environment and good housekeeping. Breakfast is simple but excellent; nice balance between local and international food. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It is very clean and room is very comfortable and modern. It is in a quite place and easy to anywhere. Breakfast is very good. Stuff is nice.

Great rich breakfast on high floor. Bath in meddle of room. Japonice style of room. Free tee and coffee in room, fruit compliment. Metro Station is near.

Price can be cheaper.

The room was very big with two toilets, two sinks, a shower, and a bathtub. It had a proper place to eat and a sofa to rest apart from the bedroom area. Everything looked nice and cozy. Once had to stay in the room the whole day and it wasn’t a torture.

It seemed like the staff had not really checked in foreigners before so there was a little problem with that. Also we arrived at five pm but we still had to wait for the room to be cleaned.

The warmth and attention to detail of the hotel staff are excellent. We love that they even have turn down services. The rooms were huge even though it was only about 18min by train to the city. Everything we needed were provided and they even had a lovely gift back for our child.

Decor was lovely, really clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really lovely hotel. They even offered me a free upgrade! I would recommend this hotel in a second.

A fair way from downtown (maybe like 20/ 24 mins in a DiDi) but not too much of a problem.

自助洗衣, Nice reception staff.

The air conditioner in my room does not work well. Some housekeeping staff knocks the door when the DO NOT DISTURB sign is on.

The room was much bigger than my expectations especially the big bathtub and very spacious shower room. The staff were very friendly and always gave us lots of free drink during our stays. Coke, tea, beer, milk and mineral water for example. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice.

The only thing that I can say is that I did not find any tea bag or English tea bag for our breakfast.

I liked my room in general. The bed was so good! My bathroom with a bathtub was really huge! I just didn't like the view. It was too close to the nearest building. but ok. I had a coffee machine! That was really great! Thanks a lot! The location is pretty nice, very close to the subway lines 1&5.

The light in the room was not enough in the evening. Breakfasts could be better I guess, but I was not hungry anyway. There were some more details but they are not that important.

The room is very big. The staffs were so nice
