Hangzhou Marriott Hotel Qianjiang

The location and cleanliness of the Hotel, as well as the facilities.

All areas including the room were too hot. Not good AC. I am still waiting for the final charge to confirm the amount.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staffs. Near to train station.

This has got to be the finest hotel in Hangzhou. I had a room facing the Qiantang River and the view was gorgeous. The hotel manager James was extremely attentive and caring. I had a wrong food delivery sent to me and James was kind enough to call the store on my behalf and made sure that the correct item was delivered. He took care of it personally and was extremely kind and helpful. Thank you James.

Breakfast is fine and needs less meat options and more fish chicken veg options also smoked salmon would be nice.

The restaurants in the hotel is closed after 9 or 10pm. the do not even serve drinks - even water. There is only a wending machine to get some snacks

Location was great - we did a lot of walking sight seeing and it worked really well for us.Hotel room was beautiful.Staff very helpful and had reasonable english thankfully.

Language sometimes a barrier - make sure you have a good translate Ap and that you know how to use it. And have local currency as our credit cards are not accepted - this is external to the hotel. Hotel were great!

Auto central aircon created some noise when turned on and off that could wake me up at night.

Clean, very nice rooms and great views. Good amenities and very modern rooms. Staff were helpful, fast wifi, good food and a nice gym and pool area.

Breakfast was ok- for the price I would have expected a more varied offer with a little more depth in the dishes. Went for a massage at the in house SPA. Take care if you’re not after the full service and actually just want a massage. I thought that a spa attached to a hotel would be ok, but clearly not. Ill return back to the local places with windows and the old dears shouting at you whilst destroying your feet with their pressure, thank you!

location is perfect, good views.breakfast is not too bad, but very busy.

staffs can be more helpful when in emergence or needed, one of my trip partners got sick during the stay, asked a few questions about hopsitals nearby, or how to deal with it. but no valued answers from staffs, and service/profession can be improved and gets better easily, just show more care and friendliness;btw,gym can be maintained at a better standard, no towels,,, not cleaned regularly...

Location is great, breakfast buffet options are good, with a balance of western and Asian cuisine.

Good location, walking along the river in the evening is a great experience.

Breakfast is reasonable, but definitely not 5 stars. May be 3.5. Dim sum section is below average, fruit section is good, and the hotel should get a better coffee machine.

Rooms in good condition though the design a bit dated . Staff are nice & sincere to help especially Hilda Chiu helped a lot when I had iPhone problems. Breakfast offer enough varieties which is good.
