- 1) My room didn't have body wash so i called reception desk and ask is it normal that my room only have shampoo and hand wash ?(請問我的房間只有洗髮水和洗手液是正常的嗎?)He answered me yes(對的)?After that my friend make another phone call to them and ask for body wash. Finally they send a security guard to give us. 2) I turned on the "DO NOT DISTURB" light , but the cleaning staff still open my door?3) When i check out and give my key card to the front desk staff , he just took it and didn't say anything .I did not know can i just go or not?I stand there for maybe around 5 minutes , he still didn't say anything..........At last i have to ask him 可以了嗎?Please provide some training to your staff , i use Putonghua not English , so don't say that your staff didn't know English well .4) There a man maybe tenant? smocking in the elevator.I saw him carrying a lighted up cigarette walk out from the elevator.
