I had dinner, and it was amazing; the staff were always very friendly and helpful. The establishment assisted my request swiftly even after my departure.

All the staff in the hotel is very polite and helpful especially the reception / bellman ( SAOWA LAO) he is helpful and kind. The manager at the breakfast is also very friendly. Hotel location is approx 7-10mins walk to MRT station. There is two luxury mall nearby - walking distance is about 15mins but u could easily get a taxi for a price of 12-15RMB

Food are cooked with same assiet with pork so same oil used for cooking pork and omelette. halal food not available

Location excellence 10mins walk to metro and newest shopping mall MixC.. thanks to Krya and Ms Ding. Both very helpful on advise to travel around Hangzhou and both speak English. Good breakfast good choice of food and really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Swimming pool temperature slightly cold

The staff is very well trained, friendly and courteous. The rooms were amazing with a great view.

Free upgrade, to a large suite. Nice view of the CBD at night. Good location just 20 mins on the metro from the center of town.

Big rooms with good facilities. Room comes with washer, iron, ironing board, etc which are useful.

Aircon doesn't seem to work very well.

Nice personell, and a tasty breakfast with both chinese and european meals. Not bad location, 5 minutes walk to metro station, Nice swimming pool, however quite cold.

Leaky windows, poor air conditioning system - impossible to heat in the bathroom, other rooms (i had a suite with 3 rooms) a bit better but still not good enough

Good location, convenient.The staff is very helpful despite they don´t speak English.

It is an older hotel, there is wear and tear on the furniture.There is no laundry corner and the laundry service takes at least two days, which is inconvenient. The staff don´t speak English, so communication is not easy.

A bidet in the WC is needed we didmt find in any of the rooms .

The room is too old.Smell of smoke. Dim lighting. Old furnitures. Bed is like old spring mattress

The Wi-Fi connection, comfort in room. Staff welcome. Price is fair. Location is a 10 minute walk away from subway and malls. 5 stops from Hangzhou East station on subway.

Breakfast room was freezing, only one small heater. Breakfast choice was more limited than sister Holiday Inn hotels. Shower pressure was low on cold water, I found it too hot.

When we arrived the hotel gave us a room without a bathtub, then they changed it for what we booked.
