- Location.
- One person there who can speak english. And food for room service.
- The location of the hotel was great. Really easy to reach the Confucius temple and its vibrant surroundings, once you know the address of the hotel (see negative part)
Cons -
- Entrance indication.
- Key points to be aware when booking here are: 1 - The hotel does not accept international cards (I had VISA and MasterCard with me) despite using one of these cards to pre-book on Booking.com. So, if you are an international tourist, bring the necessary cash with you. It is not a problem to pay cash if I have to, but being informed about this before I reached the hotel would have been good to be ready for it instead than having to search for an ATM machine. At least, this could have been indicated in the hotel description. 2 - The address that Booking.com gave me was incorrect. (About 10-15 minutes walk). The actual location is probably even better that the current address but the point is, you will be losing a lot of time to find the actual hotel. Not sure if this is Booking.com or the hotel error. But it would be good to correct it for future guests. As a combination of these two points I've wasted a full morning either looking for the hotel or for an ATM rather than just enjoying Nanjing.
