Convenient location and comfortable room

The fridge in the room is quite noisy, I had to turn it off to get some sleep.

The staff was very polite and the checkin process was nice and easy.The room was very comfortable and most importantly: the AC was amazing.The location is also exceptional as it's literally next to a very good shopping centre.

Breakfast was amazing. Location is perfect

The only thing you must improve is the parking lot. Spots on it are very small.

Great hotel. Stayed for one night. Close to Iguatemi shopping. We eat at the pizza place called Maremont it was delicious. The hotel was well decorated for Christmas and breakfast was amazing. Would recommend.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Large, comfortable rooms.

There is no shade on the roof pool. This makes it uncomfortable. A few sun shades would be a good idea to make it more useable.

The hotel offers a little bit about the confy Hyatt branding, with good facilities, great room size and staff is almost 100% amazing.

Staying in many hotels Hyatt around the world, we are used to get some services offered by Hyatt that I didn’t see in Sao Jose do Rio Preto. 1- the hotel doesn’t have an shuffle option from airport to hotel2- the swimming pool is very poor and small, so different that we saw at the pictures in Booking3- breakfast is good, but not so good as we usually get on other brands withe the same amount of stars4- Staff is something that really deserves credit and compliments. However I had an bad conversation with an guy called Leonan or something like that about a minimum favor about printing 8 slides for a business presentation… Miles away from the experience that I had with the same topic hours ago, this employee didn't even take all the slides of the printout, he handed it to me anyway.5- the shower water pressure need to be improved to get better quality and experience 6- Mosquitos all over the foodcourt area so be prepare for bites during the morning and mainly at the dinner

Parking spaces. So small that you could not open your car doors after parking.

Windows don’t open, you are sealed in AC.Not used to that.

I did not get my paper invoice. I provided my e-mail and it has been more than a week and have not had that sent to me.

Location is excellent. Hotel is located on the same grounds as a shopping center, where you can find several good restaurants. Breakfast was really good and the rooftop pool is great!

Conveniently next to a shopping mall.

Me and my partner, my parents, my best friend, my sister and her 2 kids had originally booked the arts hotel; which didn’t meet our expectations, therefore we only stayed there 2 nights. Before moving to the Hyatt hotel, I went to check the availability and check the rooms before moving everyone out. A tall gentleman at the front desk simply said: there’s nothing available. I insisted I had seen multiple rooms available at booking.com; he insisted to say there was nothing available. I could not be bothered to argue and tell how stupid he sounded and simply booked 5 rooms for 4 more nights through booking.com. Terrible customer service and terrible outcome for the hotel if I had just booked somewhere else or simply walked away. The pool area could be better furnished. Some umbrellas could be nice. A small bar could be convenient at least to bring people to use the facility and spend money around the pool.

Parking can be challenging, specially during Christmas time since the hotel is located inside a shopping mall. They don’t have staff to park your car.Personnel seem too junior. They ignored my request for a baby bed and made a quite confusion about it.The gym was ok but the air conditioner wasn’t working - unaceptable for a hotel like this during the summer.
