Ibis Sao Jose do Rio Preto

Great hotel. I stayed for 1 night it was perfect. They had trolleys available for my suitcases made everything easier.

staff service, location and clean.

I would say tha shower could improve, made loud noises and was jusr not good, breakfast was OK, but could be better.

Location, staff and price.

Bed, room, air conditioning, bathroom, shower, room equipment.

Decent Ibis standards, but breakfast quality decreased while price increased

There was soap left on the soap tray, you know, from the previous stay.

Location and bedroom

Noisy guests screaming at ungodly hours

The location is good.

We didn't had any towels and bed sheets replaced during 3 days, the staff is bad educated, they works all the time in bad mood and boring, (would be better changed all the staff), the consumation is overpaid, very expensive. The building urgently needs a renovation.

Nothing. Perhaps the location.

We got keys to a room that was already occupied. Room was too small, old, and not really clean, and also it did not quite look like the pictures. Very run down and poorly maintained.

Clean, organized, window view is good

Pretty basic. Tv channels are terrible.

Location is very good and parking is easy and uncomplicated.

Furniture was a bit old and not in the best condition. Cleaning was not bad but could be better.
