I like the prompt response and attention of the workers. They were making sure I dont lack anything and calling the room to ask if they could be of help. That really touched me.

The staff were amazing and friendly, always willing to help.

Clean and spacious

Reception team was great in particular a young lady who is pregnant I didn't get her name well she was the best

My iron board had some stains, the floor I was in had some security people playing loud music at night

the staff at the hotel are very good people. Rooms are very clean. Lunch on Sunday with music was outstanding. too many soldiers at the hotel entrance made it look bad though. Overall, it was outstanding.

The hotel is nice.

When I arrived I was initially put in a run that was just freshly painted. I complained about it and management did fix by upgrading me to a better room

I loved the location, the hotel itself and the facilities.

Probably too much to type. We arrived at the hotel at 4:00pm and were told our room wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes. We explained that we were attempting to attend the soccer match and needed to rush, they did not care. We also stated that we were scheduled to arrive at 2:00pm and they wouldn’t explain why our room wasn’t ready. I also requested TWO beds. We had one king bed and they refused to make the change. In the morning of check out the front staff attempted to charge us 100$ USD for a taxi to the airport. Thankfully another staff member for us a taxi for 50$. Just a horrible stay. Sad because it’s a beautiful property

Clean, location, and staff

I was upgraded to a nice one bedroom apartment. There’s a little mall adjoining the hotel.

Customer service was not up to the standard I am used to. Room service is slow, over an hour to get the order in your room. I was delayed by 20 minutes at checkout as there was no change.

Horrendous, never again.

My colleague stayed there because Pullman was booked out. In the 4 nights he stayed there, after they cleaned his room, they never provide you with any towels and you have to keep ringing reception several times before they eventually turn up after some strong telling off. But more concerning, he left biscuits (nothing valuable) but they kept disappearing. He called the duty manager on his last night and he just apologised and said he will investigate. But there were never any feedback. I guess it's an organised gang working at this hotel. To be avoided at all cost.

Short working time of the restaurant. Small capacity of the bar on the 1st floor. The staff didn't speak English, so communication was difficult.

The eternal problem with the bathrobe and slippers. Either they don’t exist at all or there is only for one person. When you call and ask to bring, they answer okay and just ignore. We called three times, in the end, we get only answers okay, okay, but they did not bring it. This is the service. And I booked by booking, they knew that there is two person… but hey don’t care.

i love that he had restaurants, stores and ATM downstaires

The buffet at Caprice Restaurant was extensive and delicious. The staff was friendly
