Everything was excellent

Very disappointed and feeling cheated

I am still waiting one month for a USD200+ reimbursement for overpayment which I was told on checking out would be credited to my card within 48 hours.

The hotel is secure and the rooms are clean. The general public areas are pleasant and there is a nice swimming pool.

Where to start. The breakfast at 35 dollars is extremely expensive and pretty poor quality. The staff are sliw, uninterested and more often than not do not deliver a correct order. Check your bills very carefully we had 3 wrong bills and it would have cost an extra 400 euros if we had not spotted. Better to pay each bill as you go as charged to room proved inaccurate and then difficult to amend. On check out we had a 500 dollar dispute which was subsequently amended. It is a shame that staff in hotel let the facility down so much. Is it too much fir staff to smile ? and be polite ?

The Pullman is getting ever more expensive and the quality of services is not reflected in the price. Also I had to shorten my trip and changing my booking was a challenge.

SPA is highly recommended. Pool and the restaurant near the pool are amazing.

The door in the room felt on me. The bath leaked and after you took shower half of the room was in water... Breakfast is poor, especially those days when they served it indoors.

The location to the area I needed to be in. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel does have screening security at the doors, a very good selection of cold foods for breakfast buffet, restaurants and coffee shop on site.

Cost, everything is unbelievably expensive, well above regional average and above most of its European counterparts.On arrival I was told my stay had been paid for through booking.com, the following night I couldn’t access my room, reception stated I hadn’t paid my extras!!! Turns out they had only charged me the 1st night, then proceeded to try and blame me for not noticing. You’ll need a VPN, my bank app wouldn’t allow access through the hotel WIFI without it on.English isn’t widely spoken, so expect to use my translate apps for anything complex.Some staff were oddly behaved, at breakfast I asked for an omelette at the egg station, the girl started the omelette then just walked off. I went back 10 mins later to see where it was, another chef was making them for her to take to room service, mine sidelined, same for coffee.

Good hotel in Gombe, near the river. The personal were friendly and answered our questions. The restaurants were amazing and the pool was fantastic!

The gymn was being remodelled, so we had to exercise in a small room with poor ventilation. However, at least they gave us the option to do some exercise!

Excellent selection of international dishes. Choice of inside air conditioned and covered outdoor seating to suit your needs.

The airport transfer of mixing people together and we pay expensive to be mixed in the same car..The buffet doesn’t have alot of variety!

There is nothing negative to report about this hotel. Expect to have to wait 10-15 minutes for eggs cooked to order at peak breakfast times.

Mostly the location and the ambience at the Poolside restaurant. I actually like the idea of the different eating places/restaurants at the hotel.

1. I am surprised that for such an internation hotel, very few of the staff can speak English.2. Did not get value for money as hotel is very expensive and on top of that, I had to pay for the breakfast as it was not included in the USD 300+/night room rate. 3. Was shocked at the state and fullness of the gym - it was impossible to use!4. Better cocktail maker/waiter is needed at the bars - most of the cocktails were just not good!

It's a pleasant hotel all be it expensive for European standard but you get what you pay for in Kinshassa. Nice swimming pool and bar area.

Breakfast at 35 dollars even if you only take a coffee and croissant is not value for money. If you only like a light breakfast order in the bar inside downstairs. 2 coffees and 4 croissants under 10 dollar. Much better.

It's a nice hotel and has entertainment some nights and nice outside areas.

35 DOLLAR BREAKFAST! Ridiculous price to pay for juice coffee and toast. If you stay here and don't do big breakfasts get a coffee and croissant in the bar !!!!

Bright and cherry lobby, good location

Food quality and food service were not up to the mark

Food was okay. Enjoyed the ginger tea, really helped with my flu

Only challenge was the birds and mosquitoes by the outdoor restaurant
