I mainly liked the breakfast and cleanness of the room.

When checking-in, I requested to have the room of my colleague to be changed from a double bed to a single bed, but the person told us we should have the change requested through the booking.com website through which we did the booking. I asked to talk to the manager, but the person at the reception did not want to call a manager. Another thing I noticed is that no one (at the reception or concierge) offered to help with our luggage. I had two bags and a small one, I had to take them to my room by myself without being offered any assistance. Also, I struggled to get hold of the laundry service by calling them from my room. When I dropped the laundry at the reception in the morning before 9:00am, I only get it back the next day.

The property was very clean

My room didn’t have macro waves and the phone line was disconnected we can’t even call the room service imagine being on the 13th floor and going down to the frond desk for help because of the phone and all the staff always ask for money anyway time you going down I always tip people but no more than 4 a day going to the metal detector the will asked for money going to the parking the will asked me the money the hotel is very clean and nice but i pay attention to small details .

It is the DRC so yeah, once in a while the power shuts off. No big deal.

The hotel meets the standards of others Hilton in terms of facilities, cleanness and comfort. The front desk staffs were always pleasant and helpful.

Very limited option for vegans as most of the items in the menu were not available.

The staff were poorly coordinated and unable to manage instructions or directives. I was checked into the wrong room and this created confusion about my check out dates. Despite providing clarifications, I was hounded by 4 different people and phone calls about whether or not I wanted to extend my room. I did a pre-authorisation to allow me sign bills and on multiple occasions reception did not honour signed bills and I was mandated to pay. Very terrible experience

I was very pleased by the location, breakfast, and the service in general.

It’s clear the hotel was new and the staff were clearly comfortable managing international business travelers. The room felt like I could have been at any nice Hilton in the US or Europe.

The food options for breakfast were great, but for dinner, there was not enough price variety. It was nearly impossible to eat anywhere for less than $50pp. Too expensive for one of the poorest nations on the planet. Also, please make sure the credit card machines work in the restaurants. Le Vue bar was having issues with threes and nearly gave the impression that it was my fault. Finally had to pay the bill at the hotel lobby reception as I needed to pay with card and not cash. The food was good everywhere I ate, especially the breakfast, however the cost is very high given the location.

The staff at the “la vue restaurant “fourth floor,they terrible,they not there to keep clients but to chase them..they need a training or they will mess up the name hilton,we came here with the idea of getting the same standards of hilton we got in cape town!the staff wait to be called to serve you even when they saw you coming in and still justify their bad service by stupid excuses and in a very rude manner!

I like the view in the water and security was nice also

Bar service at pool area allowing too many mistakes with table reservation and not enough attention to costumers especially in the evening.Central cooling system is drying out the air uncomfortably, especially during the night.

The hotel is new so it’s fairly clean and the lighting is fine.

The customer service was bad. We were meant to have access to executive lounge but they never told us. We ordered £30 breakfasts that came half completed. Items in the room were broken and never fixed and our bags were broken into.

The standard of the hotel is world class ??The rooms are great and the staff is friendly.

The price is slightly over the top, as I travel a lot..

Our stay was great, the staff was kind , Lillyane Kabwe was always ready to help, she made our stay peaceful.
