Clean, good staff, pretty good breakfast too..

They don’t provide water in the room which I thought was very unusual meaning you had to buy it.. was quite pricey for brazil but was very good for the city

Breakfast was good, with good options of juice and food.

Dinner was awful, soup was spoiled, and the service was incredibly slow, it took 1:30h to place the order and get the food, and we were the only people in the restaurant.

The staff was very kind when we arrived and they helped us with valet parking and taking the luggage to our room. The beds were comfortable. The shower was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and generous with lots of options.

the breakfast es very good, and the location in townhow of the city is good in the day, but in the night because the security there's no safe

I feel as the hotel is going fall out, the predial maintence need a review, don't look like a 4 stars hotel, the external wall need a paintm and the noise of split air is very high

The lady at the reception, did an early check in for me which was lovely.

Some of the staff are very rude and lack of carisma, a smile cost nothing. Everybody from the reception to the bar looked so not wanting to be there, it was really disappointing.

Fantastic facilities and service . We got upgraded to the top suite -:) amazing suite. Very good breakfast. Central location.

The room was not clean well, dishes were very dirty ( even the glass for juice with lipstick)… and very very expensive for not even be a 3 stars anymore
