The location of the hotel is good

The room was dirty. The walls had stains all over, and the bathroom had mold in the ceiling. The curtains had several holes, and the linen did not look clean. The sofa cushions were dirty, too.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are bright and clean and the breakfast is very good.

Not much space for parking.

Large, comfortable rooms. Modern decor throughout. Nice pool.

The restaurant on site took over an hour for the food and portions came out super tiny but tasty. Also hotel is a bit out of town centre so if coming from Pantanal it’s about 30-40 mins to cross the city.

The staff were all extremely nice andhelpful.

It was quite a distance from restaurants and the airport. Slightly annoyed with the music selections which seemed to be stuck in a limited mode.

The staff was very nice. I also enjoyed the swimming pool. The location was also convenient.

I didn't like the pillows. They were either too tall or too low. The second floor is stinking of pee. Please, do something about it.

the breakfast bar was the same every day. no variety in the foods. the air conditioner ran in the room all the time and had a mold smell to it. developed a sinus infection from the moldy smell of the room. the mattress was hard as a board with no padding to help cushion with only a sheet.

WiFi is basically unusable. will not return to hotel as regular cell signal is bad and WiFi at the hotel is horrible. was unable to work at the hotel had to borrow office at a friends company to receive and send docs

The room.

1) The way I was treated by the front desk at checking beside waited about 20+ minutes after been on flights for 24 hrs and feeling exhausted. Not a polite way … no one word like good night welcome to our property 2) No offered help with my big suitcase 3) No identification used by front desk lady4) No knowledge about I already did my reservations before left USA 5) The lady did act like I was from the other planet when presented my passport as my identification and asked in a very weird /rude way … are you a estrangeira?6) Another long waiting about 15/20 minutes to her figure about my reservation not informing me on single word about what was going on so I asked it’s anything wrong with my reservation?… oh no I will have to create a account for you … weird 7)No iron flat in the “”vip room””8) No tissue box even after I asked couple times 9) the clean team unplugged and closed my MacBook without my knowledge and or permission 9) I wasn’t informed that breakfast is about R$50 per person … Never again with Booking.com bc I thought I saw breakfast included when did my reservation but it wasn’t…10 ) Rudeness of breakfast employees also 11) the event manager was very impolite when I was having breakfast with my sister in the outside area for 2 days straight basically screaming with the employees to move the tables here and there bc they were about to have a even 12) second day at breakfast soon I seat down to eat was informed that they would wash the area bc they were about to have. a even.. What I do have to do with it ? why didn’t wash it before or after breakfast are served?? not sure …but

The hotel is very nice, the neighborhood is quiet. There are restaurants and shopping malls near the hotel. The food was nice and the staff very gentle. Very good relation price and quality of stay. Everytime I come to Campo Grande I stay in this hotel.

Breakfast was okay. The bed was comfortable.

Room was a bit dated. When I returned a few days later the second room was much better. The omlette ordered fr room service was overpriced.
