- The staff were great. They were very accommodating and nice, answered my WhatsApp messages quickly and held my packages for a couple days for me. The location is also good in downtown Campo grande.
- The property is really well-located. There’s an excellent Italian restaurant a few blocks away, and some other (more affordable) eating options nearby. The room had a nice balcony and was super clean and spacious. The bathroom was also pretty fine. Breakfast, too, was good. Overall a great experience for a fair price.

- It is a little rundown, pictures do not match. Our door was really hard to open and close, you have to almost break in every time. When we got in our room, there was a strong smell that made me sick, I believe it was from some kind of pest control. We opened the window and left for a few hours and the smell was gone. We were only given one towel for a 2-person reservation and getting another was a little too difficult. We were not given any shampoo or conditioner. The shower drain was very slow, causing the shower to backfill and flood to the whole bathroom. The toilet paper was a horrible waxy paper, similar to Brazilian bar napkins. At night, the wind would blow hard and windows would rattle very loudly, I was woken up several times. The breakfast was not very good either. This was not the cheapest hotel in the area, the cost-benefit is not good.
