    • Not worth the money I paid for Very bad experience
    • Pool is too cold.
    • The worst staff ever. Worst experience. Definitely not the service of a 5 star hotel. Maybe 2 star. Don’t expect a bell boy or a smile from any of the staff

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The best hotel we’ve stayed at in Israel! We travel often and stay in top hotels worldwide, but The Jaffa truly stands out. It felt like returning to the Metropole in Monte Carlo — elegant, calm, and unforgettable. The hotel is stunning, blending historic charm with modern design. The rooms are beautiful, the pool is gorgeous, and the breakfast is outstanding, with truly high-end food.Special thanks to Ruth and Dina from the lobby for their warmth and professionalism — amazing service! We’ll definitely be back. ?✨

    Pool is too cold.

We stayed here last here and had a not so great experience in terms of service and hospitality, so we decided to give it another try - which turned out to be a great decision! This time, they had everything managed and under control. The hotel is beautiful, super clean, the location is as good as it gets, and breakfast was excellent. We will be back :)

I think the price isn’t completely justified

The hotel is very beautiful and unique. The staff is kind and polite, and the location is amazing.

The pool is very nice, though a bit small. The same goes for the room it is beautifully designed, but slightly small.

Hotel is beautiful, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is great. Pool area is really nice. Wonderful location with surrounding Jaffa filled with restaurants and bars

Pool could be crowded when the hotel is busy

Beautiful place, nice room with pool view, good breakfast.

Not a very good value for the price, we expected more from this kind of hotel.Bed was old and not comfortable, we celebrated birthday and had ‘halwa’ as present - other hotels send at list battle of wine.No Netflix on t.v.

We celebrated our 25 th wedding anniversary anniversary at the Jaffa hotel. We are from Tel Aviv and familiar with their restaurant. The experience was excellent. We had a great time there. The service was great. Alex from the desk gave us the highest quality of service that is possible and made everything magical. It’s nice to see all the staff in the hotel and in the restaurant with uniforms. The room was specious, modern and well equipped. They even served us with Halloween cocktails. Breakfast was served at the hall and was delicious. We even took a yoga lesson at the beautiful chapel. We and our guests were very pleased.

The electricity in the room was very hi tech for us. Sometimes complicated.

Everything looks solid here - a spacious hall, a cozy inner courtyard, a combination of history and modernism, well-groomed vegetation, interesting cuisine with an emphasis on healthy food. It's a pity that there is no kosher.. And it was important for me to be allowed to come with my pet, special thanks for that. In general I felt nice and cozy here, it was one of the best my vacation in Israel.
