Everything was wonderful. Location is great, staff is super friendly and the space has everything we needed. I highly recommend

It was old and dirty.

The location is superb. The facility is modest but comfi. We had only one cup and one tea spoon for two, but I could ask only the next day b/c the office hours are limited. You need to turn the hot watet boiler for 30min before shower, but overall it's a great value for your money.

The rooms were really comfy, it was spacious and really clean.

Bad maintenance, noise from within the hotel, lack of comfort. Horrible pillows.

Amazing location, right in the heart of things, close to bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Not noisy.

Hot water boiler has to be turned on 30 minutes before taking a shower and hot water last for very short time.

unpleasant smell in the room. Not that much clean especially shower room. Wi-Fi is very weak. Noisy at the night

The room was reeking of detergent and we could not breathe in it. The staff apologized they dont have another room and said the best they can do is to provide us with a fan, which they did but it did not help at all. We could not stay there and told them we will have to find differemt accomodations. In spite of that, they charged us for the full amount of the reservation!!! I will add that only sometime after we told them we have to leave and made a reservation elsewhere, someone else cancelled and they wanted to show us that room, but it was alresdy too late as we booked sowhere else. Apalling behaviour!

The location is the best thing this place has to offer. They also usually responded to whatsapp questions fairly quickly.

The apartment looks like a slightly upgraded prison cell. It is as cheaply renovated as can possibly be. I could not believe that this was the dump that I had paid SO MUCH money for. Not to mention, 3rd floor without an elevator. I will never come here again.

The location is excellent.. In the middle of lots of activities; shops, restaurants, bars, beach, pedestrian walkways.

Although the hotel was self-check-in/check-out, we had a hostess who was in touch with us by whatsapp in order to provide any help we may need. Very service-oriented in a non-invasive manner.The facility is an aparthotel. We were 3 adults in a large studio apartment. The room was quiet, clean, and equipped with all of the basics. We came back to the room in the evening to find that the whole street in front of the hotel had been closed off and set up with tables and was a loud bar scene. We apprehensively feared a very loud night but were pleasantly surprised. The double windows and great air conditioner kept the room quiet and pleasant.

1. The couch-bed for the third adult was too short. This was relayed to our hostess, who was glad to get the feedback and even gave us a discount for our next stay.2. The entry to the building is quite rundown, dark and intimidating, like a dark back alley.

The property is at the best location in Tel Aviv! Close to everything, the beach the shuk, coffee shops bars and restaurants and still so quiet inside.The balcony is a huge plus, such a big and beautiful place and view, loved it!The staff! From the second I arrived I met a few cleaners that happily helped me find my room that was ready an hour earlier and I could already put my belongings in there. We asked if we could delay our check out time and the owner happily said yes which was so helpful.Other than that the room is really beautiful and big such an amazing experience here thank you for everything!

Super easy check in process and the best location in the city. Bed was really comfortable and the room was huge. Importantly, even though my window faced a very busy pedestrian street with bars and cafes, I couldn’t hear anything day or night. Steps from the parties but peaceful inside :)Staff were really quick to respond to any requests I had. This is a very independent place to stay, more like a rental suite than a serviced hotel, but it was exactly what I needed for my stay and would stay again, especially considering location and value.

Location, attention of the staff, that actually 2 people. The manager of the place is so warm and welcoming and helpful person, the atmosphere .

The maintenance of the place is poor and minimal. In both rooms, the shower faucet is not working properly, the air conditioners cannot be adjusted to the temperature and are noisy, the pillows are long overdue for replacement, the showers are in a condition that requires replacement. It's just a shame because the place is great, run by an amazing girl who tries to respond to every request, and minimal investment is required to improve (!!!!) the level of the place.

My 3rd time in this place. Was just great as always! The rooms have everything you need. Staff are very responsive and friendly. Perfect location.
