Pros +
- The Norman is one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The staff are extraordinary, going above and beyond for everything we needed. In a challenging time, they were calm, supportive and in control on all aspects. They made sure we were safe while still enjoying our holiday, and assisting us when we needed to leave.
- Definitely the location is amazing and the pool is quiet and restful. The service is excellent at the restaurant, bar and pool.
- Extremely well trained staff, excellent housekeeping, beautiful architecture and decor with respect for the building’s history. Dining on their beautiful patio is not to be missed.
Cons -
- Everything was great. I can't think of anything that we didn't like or would recommend against.
- I had a really nice stay and I don’t have anything negative to say about it. It’s a small luxury hotel and they do their best to maintain that standard.
- Checking out. I could have stayed for so much longer, but I will be back.

It was a home away from home. Calm, tranquil, and supported by lovely staff, all of whom smiled and were so efficient. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Tel Aviv'

beautiful rom, great central location, amazing breakfast
everything was perfect
Location, styling.
the “Spa” was two treatment rooms. No additional facilities. A spa within the hotel was one of the major reasons we picked this hotel. This was FALSE advertising. Staff were unfriendly.
The hotel was fantastic. I definitely recommend it. From the first moment I felt brilliant. The staff is very helpful. Delicious breakfasts, brilliant area with a swimming pool on the roof. The decor, the atmosphere - I liked everything.
I don't think I can name any disadvantages. Everything was perfect :-)
Location is exceptional. Common areas a great. Staff is exceptional.
Price is a little high (I may consider competing hotel that offer similar experience for less. I did not like: too much perfume in my room, Closet is too small. Everything else perfect.
Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Bathtub. The hotel is lovely, quiet and feels like a getaway from the city, which is right there. The location is next to Rothschild Avenue, which is close to many dining options and a walk from main shopping areas.
The price seems a bit excessive, and the place seems more designated for foreign tourists.Breakfast is nice, yet not as exceptional as I had expected from such a place.Pool water were freezing and very small, even at 30 degrees Celsius outside, it was impossible to stay more than two minutes in it.
Beautiful. Relaxing bar area. Excellent breakfast. Helpful personnel in rooftop pool and spa area.
The location and the staff were super good
Probably the exterior garden , I think needs to have more plants and make it a bit nicer
Both the design and decor of the room and the hotel were very good - sophisticated and modern, in keeping with its ambitious city-sleeker image. But best of all was the extraordinary staff…. Totally amazing, warm, welcoming and service-driven.
great location, perfect staff and service
expensive
the design is impeccable, the staff as very amiable
my laundry got killed. every item you want washed get stamped/stapled in sole sort of weird procedure, the new socks were returned shrunk and deformed; a rather nice sweater went two sizes down. the staff were nice and apologised.
LocationLovely staffBeautiful decorDelicious breakfast
A bit noisy - you hear other guests walking by, traffic and slamming doorsA lot of light in the room when dark (gaps in curtains, aircon panels and light switches glow)
Great location. Super staff. Really good place.
Gym was terrible!
Facilities and clean, breakfast
Staff is arrogent, service could be better
the level of service from the staff was exceptional.. Nathan by the pool deserves a special mention.
the fact sunbeds we’re reserved by the pool with no sign of who reserved them ! leaving us with nowhere to sit .
Great location close to Rothschild boulevard. Lovely hotel in a building from the 1930s. Nice restaurant and bar, great pool on the rooftop. The personnel is very kind and helpful. Rooms are quite small but well equipped with super comfortable beds. Overall a very good stay.
The hotel should definitely invest in thicker windows. There were events every night on the terrace and I could hear the people speak as if they were in my room (I was on the first floor) although they were not particularly loud.
Beautiful, clean, and exclusive. European luxury experience in Tel Aviv.
Quite expensive compared to similar European hotels
