Pros +
- Overall, I liked the staff, very cheerful and helpful. There was a problem with the heat, it was cold at night. No one fixed it due to Shabbat. Due to this,he manager asked to to give her a good review and would give me 10% off this stay and next.
- Staff was very friendly and helpful
- Great/perfect location
Cons -
- The manager asking for a good review in spite of the heat issue was not an honest. She called woke me to discuss it. She gave me a late checkout and offered me a discount on this a future stay. I am skeptical of their 8.8 if they offers a bribe.
- Room definitely had cleanliness issues.
- One of the rooms was very close to the main street and got quite noisy in the early morning. We could clearly hear the garbage trucks and street cleaning crews, which was a bit disruptive.

Room definitely had cleanliness issues.
Great/perfect location
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with an unsolicited upgrade to two rooms for our party of three. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture! They also provide delicious espresso coffee and drinking water in the front lobby.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was in a good size. Towels replaced every day
The location was very good. The room was large and answered expectations...
the bathroom was very narrow and not very comfortable. We were informed that breakfast was served in an outside location only after the booking was complete. There was not reception staff at the hotel, and I had to call another property to have someone come to check us in.check out was thru the phone. For almost 300$ including breakfast, it was not the best service received.
Good location, helpful staff.
The room needs renovation.
The hotel was located in central Tel Aviv amid leafy, beautiful streets with plenty of cafes and restaurants. It was a few minutes walk from the beach, markets and other attractions of the city. I was new to the city but it could not have been a better choice.
Well priced, Great location, comfortable room.Manager gave me an upgrade as my room had a funny smell.
The room was terrible. Small and uninviting. So they moved us to a better property across the street. Dizengoff Garden Hotel. Much better! Bed was great, bathroom spacious, generous towels and two sinks.
See above.
Good location clean room
Shower flooded the bathroom and reception was not there at all
I had a room reserved at Dizengoff Avenue but due to overbooking was offered (a few days ahead of time) to take an upgraded room at Dizengoff Garden. Glad I agreed - The room, service, and staff were everything one wants in a hotel. Complementary water, chocolates, and even a complementary Valentine's Day cake - do so much to make a stay enjoyable. Room was quiet, bed comfortable, shower had good pressure. I would go back.
I would specify on the website what bathing items come with the room - a very minor thing, but helps one plan what to pack.
Great location, less than 10 minute walk to the beach and on an active avenue with lots stores, restaurants and pubs.
The refrigerator wasn't working, and the lights by the mirror in the bathroom were not working either. There was quite noisy construction in the morning.
It was a short and comfy stay. Staff were very friendly and informative. Location is in the center of many unique stores, restaurants and bars and convenience stores. Overall, nice experience for a fair price. Would definitely choose again if I were to stay in this location.
Location.Mostly shabbat friendly; provided key for hotel room door.
No Kosher Option for breakfast.
Room is good. Location is excellent. Room service good.
1. I ordered the room with breakfast. However, at the front desk find out that breakfast was not included.Wonder who is responsible for this " Booking" or the hotel?2 Very poor internet on 3-d floor. Wi-fi decent only in the lobby.
Staff was amazing Rooms were clean and comfortable and exactly what I needed. Location was perfect.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. The best customer service I have received in any hotel, anywhere An added bonus is the fact the room has basic cooking facilities. Whilst not mentioned inbthe description, this is extremely helpful. The room itself is lovely. Clean, spacious and comfortable.
The location is great, heaps of shops, restaurants, &cafe shops. Not far from the beach.
My room was a superior room with balcony. Very spacious and comfortable. They have free coffee corner at the lobby.
The receptionist is not always at the reception.
