We love the location.

Staff is friendly, however, not all the staff members are fluent in English. The big fail was that the taxi which they ordered to take us to the airport never arrived; we had to scramble at the last minute to order one to make our flight.

The location is prefect. The design, the room

The bath. I wish it had a walking shower. Also, I had to wait at least 8 minutes for the hot water. After I waited for 5 minutes, I was already prepared for a shower and had to put on my cloths and go to the reception as they did not answer my call. They said I have to wait at least 7 minutes for hot water. I was in room 12. This is not what I expect from a botiqe hotel

The hotel has a parking lot but it is very narrow and not possible to park there a regular size car. Although the hotel notifies the guests about the parking lot it wasn't very reassuring to find out that we can't park there. Had some problems with water drainage in our rooms.

My room was ok. The view to the side, into the windows of other people was less excellent. The possibilities to watch TV were poor, everybody else has already Netflix, Apple TV or something similar.

Parking is impossible. Spaces are not guaranteed and even though there is good communication beforehand about how narrow the driveway is to get to the limited parking area it is very difficult to get through without damaging your car.

Spacious room.

The air conditioning took quite a long time to run properly. The driveway for parking is extremely narrow and yesterday I received a phone call directly to my room that when I parked my car “I had broken the electric gate, and another guest had even witnessed it”. This is by far a good example of the most unprofessional service and hotel etiquette one can have. She told me the gate is not working now, and that I am liable to pay for the gate. She hadn’t even checked the cameras ! I assured her that I trust my driving, and she should go watch the cctv to be able to see who really “broke” the gate because I was pretty sure it was not me. I told her it is not okay to even be making a phone call of this sort before researching all video and details. And, of course, if they were able to prove that it was me, if my car did actually break the gate, then I would pay for it responsibly. In this country this is categorized as “chutzpah”.I didn’t receive another phone call from them. P.s. if you are not a good driver do not park in this hotels parking spaces because you actually may damage their property or your own car.

The location is amazing, right in the center and in a walking distance from everything.

The staff wasnt very welcoming.The room was quite expensive, I was expecting some "extras" in the room, in reality we had several coffee capsules and thats it, not even a bottle of water.The bed and the pillows were extermly uncomfortable.Overall, exept for the excellent location, i wouldnt recommend it considering the room cost.

I think breakfast facilities are less inviting, we would probably prefer a cafe on the boulvard for the next stay.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything you would want in Tel Aviv. coffee shops, restaurants, night-life all close by, but if you are in a room facing the back like we were, it's very quiet. The room design was beautiful and relaxing, and roomy.The staff was friendly.

There was no view and opening the blinds looks directly into the neighbors - but it's a city hotel, so that is to be expected. The toilet flush was a little tricky, you had to flush at least twice. and we would have preferred a shower to a bathtub.
