Beautiful, small pool, food is expensive and comes very small and poor

Staff wasn’t niceSaw one waiter eating from a dish that was on the way to a guest, and the dish was served ! The waiter bringing the dish saw him taking the food!! The check in was long, igor took us in and wasn’t very nice.

Extremely clean, beautifully furnished and the staff were extremely friendly.

No TV, They wont let us know that there is a wedding in the hotel and a birthday party, too crowded, music until 2am….Plus the staff accidentally knocked our Door at 5am !

it's very nicely decorated, staff is nice and polite, the food is also very nice

it's also a club, so many members where there - it was no problem for us, but it means e.g. that the pool was full

very nice place, perfect location for visit the city, the design of the hotel is very interesting, the room is plenty of treats, a lot of details that make you feel fool of wealth but in a young atmosphere, with good vibes.

I chose this hotel exclusively for the pool . in two days we could not find a sit . the staff said there is nothing to do even though we paid for a room a most of the people just came from outside . very disappointing .

The hotel is amazingly designed and maintained at a very high level. In the room you have just everything you can imagine! Stunning vibe and lovely staff. The Loction is the BEST in Jaffa.

The only downside to this hotel is the pool on the weekend. Full of people from the hotel/membership owners, until 11:30 there are lots of kids in the pool and then it's like a crowded pool party. Better to go to the beach...

the facility feels like a beautiful home and not like a hotel and beautifully designed. the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the shower is pampering.

the room floor felt a bit dirty. The menue at the restaurant is poor and the food isn't as I expected. it could be better. Breakfast dishes are too small.

The service is absolutely terrible and disappointing. Very unprofessional staff, not patient and are very unkind. The pool is extremely packed due to members who come to use the pool and there weren’t any seats or sun beds available.

Design and details

The air conditioning was malfunctioning, which is a significant problem in Tel Aviv. The staff were unable to provide a resolution, such as supplying a fan. Consequently, we had to endure the discomfort of both the heat and the loud surroundings with the window open. There was no offer to switch rooms, and the sole compensation proposed was a single cocktail.

Our stay was remarkable: the place was spotless, the hotel design exceptional, and the staff were always friendly and professional. The pool was a perfect retreat, and the food was delicious. A truly unforgettable experience that sets the bar high for future stays.

The Soho House, Yavo is an exceptional hotel stay. Located less than 400 m from the old Yavo Seaport, it’s House and historic building that is keeping with the aesthetics of the old city. Expect typical Soho house amenities, including extra comfortable, featherbeda on top of Super luxurious bed linens in an array of pillows in pleasing designed aesthetics. Fresh bake cookies are always delivered in the morning and the beloved Cowshed full range fully size Products are all over the bathroom. Expect extra fluffy towels and rugs and all the memories you would ever want including Daly washing service.

Amazing place with really high standards. They thought of every possible thing you might need for your stay. The pool is great, the location is perfect for a night out at the flea market, and I absolutely loved the cowshed products

The service was somewhat slow even when it was only us at the bar. Also the bar closes at midnight on a Thursday night, which was super weird

Location & ambience

Drop off was difficult with luggage and entrance hard to find , also pick up on a busy road by taxi with heavy traffic , all rather aggressive and crazy

Don’t let the name Soho House ( sophisticated, exclusive and authentic ) fool you. The rooms are good but the members are horrible, angry and very rude. As a guest of the hotel you have no reserved spot at the pool, it’s completely bonkers. People push you aside when you enter the pool and nobody cares about it. Arrogant vibes only.
