Locations, price and friendly staff and the size of the room

Location

WiFi did not work and I needed WiFi for my work. This was extremely disappointing. Staff attempted to help but not successful. Part of my choosing this property was advertised WiFi

location: the property is right next to the beach. There are stores and restaurants within 5 minute walk.Beds are comfy enough and clean.

Main issue: hotel is infected with cockroaches, i don't think i need to add anything here. My friend left a jacket there and when we came back for it two days later they claimed they never saw it.

The location was amazing. It’s literally almost directly on the beach.

The room wasn’t up to standard. I saw multiple cockroaches in my one-night visit and the shower drain didn’t work, it flooded the entire bathroom. The room smelled like cigarettes as soon as I walked in. There were so many amenities in the room, a kitchen, wardrobe, table, etc but they were not necessary at all because the location had lots of places to eat.

Location is great

No indication of main entrance and no information about paking location instructions. We found the place after asking half dozen of people.

The rooms looked very dogmatic from the photos. In reality our room was dilapidated. Everything old. The bathroom was terrible.

Broken window and broken door could not remain closed in wind.

Very comfortable and nice place to stay. The neighbourhood was full of restaurants, supermarkets and places to eat. Also, next to the beach

I was able to reserve last minute when our other facilities were unavailable as promised so a real life saver. Comfortable beds in a nice area. Little store and restaurants nearby.

No elevator is not a big deal but may be important to others.

The room is small compared to the pictures and no lift.

Location of the hotel is great, very near a lively Jerusalem beach. A/C unit was quite modern and cooling fine. Kitchen was very simple but usable to cook simple meals. Personnel at the reception was very nice and helpful. Free drinking water with lime and mint at the reception. WIFI was working fine most of the time, it only slowed down rapidly in the evenings when other guests came back to their rooms.

Family room was too small for 4 people and it had no balcony, only a window. They provided only one large blanket for 1 double bed which is very uncomfortable for 2 people. There was no wardrobe, only some simple shelf which was too small for 4 people, we had to keep most of the clothes in big suitcases. Given the fact all other hotels around are really super expensive (300-600EUR per night) this hotel was an acceptable budget option.

The facility is the beach, ministores, food facilities, restaurants and pharmacy.

There is no elevator.

The location, the room itself, the outside space, the staff were all great.

A little hard to find

The location and the hotel itself were a dream! Everything was clean, modern and the staff was very friendly. We are very happy to come again!
