Pros +
- Perfect location, friendly staff, large room, clean. Could work from the lobby comfortably when needed.
- Had a great stay here! The hotel is in a perfect central location, making it super easy to get around and explore the city. The staff were truly amazing — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was nice, clean, and very functional, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
- The staff is the main part of this property that you will value. Roni, Barak, Tali, Dima, Tahira. They are dedicated to extending to you Israeli hospitality. If it were not for them, I would not give this place such a high rating. They are very kind, they serve wine for happy hour with the guests, there is also a Jura coffee machine in the lobby. I stayed in the smallest room which is sufficient for a short trip. I found the value to be good compared to other hotels and the location along Dizengoff is terrific.
Cons -
- Everything was great.
- The small room was bare bones, property is a bit dated, the shower was very small.
- The first room we saw reeked of Bleach. We then switched rooms and the second was ok, although the bathroom also had a strong bleach smell. Biggest problem with the room we switched to was that it was on Dizingoff and the sound proofing is not good enough. We were woken up at 3am by someone yelling on their cell phone. They had a lot to say... Very noisy in the morning with traffic etc...

Really nice staff and great location. There's good coffee at the reception.

Breakfast are on three different restaurants close to the hotel. Room was adequate for our needs, and the staff responded well, and they informed us of a room change that was needed after 15 minutes, and they put us on a better room than the previous room due to maintenance issues, and yet the bed right here was perfect. No issues at all, and would highly recommend this location if you enjoy walking down on Dizengoff St with many many shops around, and about 15 minutes walk to the Dizengoff Center. Showers are rainshower style - and a current favorite.
Hardly anything. This is a little treasure hotel in the middle of a very busy area. Quiet and tucked away.
The location is excellent It was very clean The room reception was fast
Cute little boutique hotel in the most perfect location, close to the action and the beach. Clean, comfortable, relaxed. Provided water bottles and delicious chocolates. Shower had good pressure. Very nice hosts/ reception who gave great recommendations for a SIM card place. Coffee in lobby area was great and it was a nice spot to work. Shampoo/conditioner and soaps were nice quality and smelled nice. It's the little things. Would definitely stay here again.
Getting in when we first arrived was a bit tricky, but we understood after that they go between 2 hotels, so we were seen quite quickly after. Just make sure to press the reception button a few times if no one is there or call if you can.
Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Cozy and quiet room perfect for spending a night or two or three after flying into or before flying out of Israel. Excellent location on Dizengoff Street with restaurants, beaches and everything you could want within minutes of the hotel. I've stayed here many times and will stay again.
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in an old building that has been renovated, and you can still feel that in the atmosphere. However, the price was quite high for what you get — it’s basically just a room, without even a parking lot. There was also some noise in the middle of the night, as if someone was doing renovation work.
not value for money.
The location is good, close to Dizengoff square and the Dizengoff shopping center. Service was good and we were upgraded free of charge to a larger room.
Signs of age, room isn’t in good shape
It was very clean and comfortable. They upgraded us to a better room. The location is perfect, next to great restaurants and coffee shops.10 minutes walking from the beach
Nothing. Everything was so good!

It was perfect
A beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel with a fantastic team making sure that everything is perfect. The location could not be better for enjoying Tel Aviv by foot. A two minute walk to great food, wine, shopping and very close to the beach.
Awesome location, free coffee anytime we wanted, very comfy and Europe-style room, staff is very friendly and helpful.
Found two dead mosquitos on our blanket and there was a tiny bit of dirt in the bathtub. But it wasn't something we couldn't live with.
The location is great! The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and cosy (very small, but we knew this). We loved the welcome chocolate.
Nothing. Everything was good.
The stuff was extremely nice they upgraded our room and gave us a wine bottle beacuse we celebrate a birthday. It was a very nice room with everything you need for drinks and even for cooking. And also Great location right in the middle of Dizengoff
Perfect location if you want to be in the city center where the action is, and still close to the beach. Lovely little hotel, tiny functional rooms, with nice finishes and spottless clean. Very friendly staff. I had a wonderful time and will be back for sure.
There was nothing not to like :)
Staff was very helpful and explained how to use the bus and trains. That saved money.
