I liked the refund for a night I couldn't spend there. That was a fair behavior which i am grateful for. BUT it was dirty stuffy smelly they tried to camouflage it with heavy prfume- it was sickening. The rooms were neglected and felt like a cheap roadside motel.
Really everything - was the lowest standards in central tel aviv . And the next door 5 star hotel was actually cheaper!! per night !!! Shameful - play midtown never again !

The lighting in the room is not comfortable at all and the room is very dark . For me it was not nice for other people they may like it .
It was very comfortable, service was good and we have a kind staff assisting us esp. Moran and Evelyn in the reception.

The breakfast was not good at all.The omlet was made of egg powder or something.Even the regular cheese was not good.Vegies could be fresher.The room is dark. It took us time to understand how to use the lights etc.Once turned on the fan hanging from the ceiling, the 2 lights hanging besides the bad start to move and bash against the wall.
The hotel is very pleasant and modern. A very worthwhile option. The breakfasts are very tasty. The staff is friendly. I would like to express my gratitude to Maria and the man who worked on the morning of October 4:)

Every time I turned on the fan it made the lamps hit the wall and it made an annoying noise so I had do sleep with no fan.You can hear the nearby road too much

Even though I came for one night only, the staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable. The bed was excellent, as well as other facilities in the room. Breakfast is decent and good. Central location, good for business trips
Love the room and the huge bathroom. Great convenient location too. Love the vibes of the workforce around the area and nice eateries and supermarket too.
The room was pretty dark and was hard when we are packing our luggage at night. Not really a complain but it was nice to hear people playing the public piano downstairs all the time, just not at 2am. We were staying on the second floor. The person played really well though.
It was near in azraeli mall,I like the filipina receptionist who is very accomodating and ready to help us all the time. Thanks also to the receptionist guy who helped us booked our taxi during our exam day.
