Location and landlord - he was so helpful and spoke exceptional English!

Kitchen facilities, small room size, no washing machine

The place had reasonably priced parking nearby. The self check-in was simple.The one man staff that was available was as helpful as he could have been considering the situation.

The place was filthy and poorly maintained. Absolutely everything was dirty, sheets, towels, utilities, furniture, and floor. Without getting too descriptive everything smelled disgisting (sheets, towels, lobby, and bathroom). We let the room air for a bit, slept fully clothed to avoid contact with the beddings as much as pissible, and did not touch the towels, kitchen, shower, and bathroom.Luckily we only needed the room for a quick rest between a couple of work engagements, so we only had to be there for a few hours. If you must stay there, bring your own sheets, pillows, towels, and cleaning products, to make the place resonably usable.

I came to Tel Aviv when the war started in the same night I couldn't find how to go back and it was so kind and so nice and let me stay till I can find to go back really really recommend it really nice person thank you so much for everything

water pressure in the showerwifi is ok (didn't have meetings) but in general was stablelocation is great for young people, close to many clubs and restaurants.it is also very close to the metro.communication was good with the host, ohad.worth the price!

elevator didn't work (maybe temporary thing)during the nights there are some bass sounds from the clubs around. (it didn't really impact my sleep)there's a shared space for all the studios and it feels a lit suffocating when entering. (not in the room as there's a window)there isn't a real door in the bathroom so I guess for couples it might be a little less privacy

Location is excellent, central with good access to various pubs and restaurants. Place is quiet and relatively clean.

Dirty as compared to other hotels in Tel Aviv. But in a congenial location. No prompt staff to help. Not a good toilet or the bathroom if the price is taken in account.

The host was nice

The bed was uncomfortable, the linens were dirty, the baseboard fell off and was dangerous for my son. The TV didn't work and the bathroom was a bit nasty and I left after 1 night and spent money to go elsewhere.

The location is perfect, the cutest neighborhood in a central location. There is everything you need in the area. The room is cozy and super clean. The hosts are lovely, they upgraded our room and let us leave our luggage after check out. We enjoyed every second of our stay and will come back for sure.

The location, well equiped, in one of the liveliest place in tel Aviv. It has a bomb shelter, in these times it counts . Very responsive from the host.

The studio room was good. Bed area.. kitchenette with fridge, micro, kettle and dishes… ok.The shower and toilet need fixing and cleaning.Only one large towel for 2 people.. two tiny ones.Toilet seat moving around, shower flooding: soap in bottle watered down.TV not working.All in all… pretty good?

The property is very close to all the fun stuff and night clubs.

The building the apartment is at is a bit old and smelly, the elevator is kind of sketchy.

Good location

Low level of cleanliness. Low level of a property. The AC was dripping water all along. The room was just on a construction site which was terribly noisy straight on our heads on 7AM in the morning, of course no double glased windows which could have soften the disaster. The stay absolutely did not justify a price tag of a 100€ per night. Not recommended

The room was clean and bright, the staff were friendly and helpful. Free coffee appreciated.

The futon for my son was not there, the email confirming three people staying had turned into two people only. The promised third bed had to be chased up since it had not arrived after several hours. Then it came promptly and was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was tiny but functional. The kitchen had a minimum of crockery and cutlery, the fridge and microwave were much appreciated.

Disappointing

The door of the bathroom so noisy.. No inside slippers or bathroom slippers..no foot rugs. The sink is clogged..

Location was in a central, yet very sketchy location.Staff answered us also at a late hour.

The bathroom was not clean at all. There was dust all over and the toilette was also dirty.

Location was nice. Check in and check out super easy and easy communication with the host.

The shower is missing a door and it’s really frustrating having water going everywhere. Cleaning could/should be better
