Pros +
- Very friendly staff, comfortable, excellent breakfast
- Location
- Great central location, close to many good restaurants, felt safe. Nearby parking was a bit expensive at $20.000 per night, but convenient. Tile hallways were a bit echoing when folks were coming and going.Every room had a window, even if just opening onto a courtyard. Great breakfast. 24-hour staff
Cons -
- The coffee did not taste good. There was noise-perhaps mechanical- which kept me awake until I took a sleeping pill
- Everything but the staff could have been better. When we arrived we were the only guests in the hotel. I have never stayed in such a frigidly cold room in my life. My partner and I both got very sick. Because all of the rooms are open to the elements I don't recommend anybody booking here in the cold months.
- The rooms we stayed were rather small and the breakfast was average.

The hotel was extremely clean, very friendly staff and rooms super cozy!
It’s one of the sweetest boutique hotels we’ve ever stayed at! It’s a tastefully renovated old historic building right next to the beautiful central Plaza. All the restaurants, caffès, crafts shops, etc are with a minute walk, literally. We had an excellent first floor room, Jasmine, opening into a charming inner courtyard, which we had totally to our own at the time of our stay. In spite of a central location it is exceptionally quiet and peaceful. The staff was a true pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t be any better, highly recommended
Decent hotel in an excellent location.
The rooms we stayed were rather small and the breakfast was average.
The breakfast was very much what we kneaded.
Reception, helpful, friendly and very much professional.
It was the second time for us in this hotel. Everything is great: the staff, the location, the rooms, the interior, the wifi, the breakfast
Nothing to complain
The location is Perfect and the beautiful old house is very charming. The people at the reception are especially helpful and nice. The Wifi is working perfectly. Total recommendation!
We have stayed here many times while in Salta. Cozy with a great helpful staff. We stayed New Years Eve and found all the restaurants either closed or fully reserved for New Years. After attempting several of our favorite restaurants, finding all closed, Fernando offered and we accepted sandwiches that night. They were much appreciated.
the location was perfect. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the Hotel is very nice and comfortable. we loved the breakfast.
Beautiful historical place. We had two different rooms for the 4 of us and one was super tight and the other was very comfortable. A bit pricier than other hotels in the area but nice colonial building if you want historical. Would recommend.
If you are on first floor close to the lobby, you hear everybody coming and going on hallway. No elevator if you are on second floor.
Location excellent , friendly helpful staff , lovely spacious room and bathroom . Good breakfast unfortunately we did not have much time as we had a flight to catch . Would highly recommend .

A wonderful place in the center of Salta. It's very beautifully decorated, and despite its central location, an oasis of quiet. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend it!
Great location very comfortable
A bit expensive
Unique historical hotel, small, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, in the centre, close to all sightseeing hotspots; just great!
great location half block from main plaze very quiet room great mattress and bedding great shower pressure and amenities
Reception staff were kind and helpful. The historic building is full of interesting features. The room we were given on this occasion was lovely with an attractive little courtyard which was shared with just one other room
Fantastic location very close to the main square. Very quiet and safe , lovely boutique hotel vibe . We used the hotel as a base for trips around the region, staying on three separate occasions, and each time we returned the staff made us so welcome. There was a convenient car park immediately next door. Nice pasties and fruit salad at breakfast.
It was all lovely ,the only thing I can think is that it would have been nice to be offered eggs at breakfast.
Great location, steps away from everything.Attentive and helpful staff.
Room was quite small, only one chair. The hotel does not offer laundry service (something I had counted on), but the front desk guy literally offered to wash things at his house for us!
