Pros +
- Right in the centre. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
- Pablo was super friendly and very nice! The other staff were also friendly and helpful. Clean room, good water pressure.
- I chose the hotel for its location, which is exceptional, then Rocio and the staff in general went above and beyond by suggesting places to see and things to do along with instructions on how to get there and best times to go.The breakfast was very good
Cons -
- The room, although clean, is outdated. The basement rooms are quite dark, the window is on the side of an interiour courtyard.I killed a scorpion in my room.
- Lighting could be slightly improved, and more electrical outlets could be added, but they weren’t an issue during my stay.
- Nothing. This place is great.

Pablo was very nice and helpful during my stay. He gave great recommendations for food and activities. He also helped me on my last day since I had to leave later!!! The hotel is very well located
The staff spoke English and were very helpful. Water refill station. It's a very nice hotel.
I am an older woman traveling solo. It was great to find kind friendly helpful staff and for me English speaking on duty 24/7. The venue was central with easy walking access to museums etc.The hotel was buzzing with activity and a big group of runners. I will recommend La Linda to others. Thank you.
I had a very positive experience during my one-night stay. I was also able to check in a couple of hours earlier than the scheduled time, which was a pleasant flexibility that I really appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff — incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. That level of service really stood out.Breakfast was served at the hotel next door (same company), just a few steps away, so there was no inconvenience at all. The options were great, and I was pleasantly surprised to see scrambled eggs, which is not common.A big plus: my flight was at 9:30 PM, and after checking out at 11 AM, I was able to leave my luggage at the front desk; this allowed me to enjoy my last day exploring the city without having to carry my bags. The location is excellent, just 250 meters from Salta’s Catedral Basílica de Salta, one of the city’s main landmarks. The hotel has a charming style that matches the city’s vibe, and I found the price to be very reasonable.Be aware that the street in front of the hotel is currently closed to traffic, and the remaining pedestrian path is narrow and a bit inconvenient if you're carrying large luggage — though, of course, this is not the hotel's fault.I’d definitely recommend it !!!
Lighting could be slightly improved, and more electrical outlets could be added, but they weren’t an issue during my stay.
Great location with clean comfortable rooms. The breakfast was very good and the staff were awesome. Everyone was kind, very welcoming and extremely helpful with recommendations.
Nothing. This place is great.
Our time here has been a true pleasure. A special thanks goes out to Pablo, who showed us how to make argentian mate and was always very professional, friendly and helpful. The staff was really pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, brilliant care from the staff! It was a wonderful experience in Salta, a lovely city with incredibly friendly and kind people.
Perfect hostel!Good location, confortable and very nice welcoming
The location is perfect, close walking distance to all beautiful sights and restaurants! The hotel is very peaceful and the people were very friendly!
Location can’t be beat; front desk staff (young guy) was incredibly helpful and friendly, the beds were comfortable and breakfast provided
It’s a little aged and very simple - but cost to quality ratio is good
I had a great stay at Hotel de la Linda! The location is excellent as it's very close to Plaza 9 de Julio and all touristic sites. The room was very clean, quiet and with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of options from bread, eggs, yogurt and fruit. What made my stay perfect was the amazing staff (especially Pablo who always greeted guests with a big smile and was very kind and helpful). Gracias!
Central location. Staff friendly and helpful. We only stayed half a night as early flight, so did not have breakfast. The room was basic and window only into the courtyard. However they had made a real effort to make it comfortable and we had towel swans! It was cheap and good value.
Bathroom needs some refurbishment.
Morning female staff, afternoon male staff, breakfast female staff, thank you to all of you. Sorry I forgot your names.
None. Everything was good.
A nice central hotel for a good price. Staff was friendly and breakfast included. The rooms are basic but clean and good. I had a good stay.
The receptionist told me it was ok to park in the street, but next day police gave me a fine. Tip for others: park in one of the nearby public parking garages.
The breakfast wasn't bad.
It took 1.5 hours to get to my room. The receptionist change the price and ask me to pay in the hotel after I paid at booking.com. Then he explained to me that I can't use private parking stated on the website. The sheet is too short for the mattress. The floor is dirty. The towels are smelly. The room definitely needs a repair.
Wonderful most helpful and friendly staff. It’s a simple room. With minimal required facilities , minimal supplies. But I got what wanted. Good and flexible buffet breakfast , water supply etc. great location.
Day tours depart before 7am but they had breakfast prepared earlier which was much appreciated. Every member of staff was always helpful and friendly. The location is perfect just a block away from the main plaza.
Maintenance works were happening in the room on arrival, even though I informed the hotel of my arrival time in advance.
Comfortable bed, good air conditioning which is a big plus. Our luggage was kept safely for a night when we went to Cafayete. The staff went above and beyond on several occasions, and were always friendly. The location is unmatched.
