- To be honest I was very disappointed with the room as this is not a 3 star hotel. The room was very clean, but dated. The airconditioner was very noisy and leaked water and dirt. I told staff about this and they looked into it, but for our second night it was still leaking and there was some black stuff (dirt) on the floor below the airconditioner. In my view this is more of a hostel than a 3 star property. The breakfast was not enjoyable at all.
- Well our first room was not good . I think the terrible room . We did have to get upgrade to get some thing good with paying more . Was not other option to see other room considering we there for 4 nights
- We did have paid for a better room . The room are very basic and the bathroom need lot of attention .

Good location. Helpful staff. Used to be a good place to stay but poor now.
Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Nowhere easy to charge a phone in the room. TV and Aircon did not work. Poor breakfast. Shabby.
Ir has Pool, parking, breakfast, air cond,
Irá a bit old however is complete for out 1 da y stay
The hotel staff was the best! I broke my foot during the vacation and the hotel staff cared wonderfully. Not only did the staff organize medical consultation and transport to the hospital, they lend me a phone charger, regularly brought me ice, cared for my luggage and were there for any arising needs. Thank you! The location of the hotel was also perfect for this (hoping that no one else needs this information): Medical supplies like crutches and an orthopedic shoe could be bought a block away, and there is even a traumatology centre about 1km from the hotel.
Convenient parking.
Room door was open on arrival because almost impossible to open and to lock. The breakfast was poor with little choice and ham & cheese that were dried out.
Good breakfast, friendly staff, extremely clean
Building a bit noisy at times
Clean, good furniture, excellent staff, great breakfast, well located, lots of parking space
The rooms are not that sound proof, but we still could sleep very well
Location is great. Good service, safe parking and breakfast included.
Very comfortable bed and seats. Helpful staff.
A bit noisy at times. Breakfast was a bit basic.Could do with fresh paint, decoration, linen, etc.
Central hotel for a good price with no fuss.
Rooms are a bit shabby now, and breakfast was very basic.
Good location. Step from main plaza.
Old building. Small and moldy rooms. Uncomfortable bed.
Clean.
Poor location. Unable to leave at night as it was too dangerous.
Has sauna and good location
There was a cockroach in our bathroom.
the location was great - close to the central plaza and major attractionsWe were just there for one night, an unexpected stopover since we had been unable to go north to Humahuaca due to social disturbances to the north of Jujuy and roadblocks along the route. The Hotel Antiguo Convento, where we stayed the following night, had no availability on booking.com for that night so the Marilian served as a last minute measure.
the room was very tiny, with little space to move around. The heat did not work and it was cold, too cold to actually take a shower in the cold bathroom. I heard that others had the same problem.
I loved everything about this hotel. The reception, the bedroom, the facilities, the staff, the breakfast, it's location, it's very near to the most touristic places at the city, five or ten minutes walking or driving you can be anywhere you want. They stored our luggage all day long while we were doing a tour to the mountains and also, allowed to stay at the lobby until our transposition was due to leave.
No complaints.
Personnels are very helpful.
My room was facing to the street and I could not sleep because of the voice of cars. However, I requested a room change after midnight and personnel helped me.
Good location, helpful receptionists, clean rooms - good value for money.
The swimming pool area is not really well maintained.
The location is great, the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful
The parking lot is very hard to find. Furthermore, the person at the reception just gave us a key and told us that this is the key to the parking lot, but it turned out that he gave us a wrong key ? after wasting a lot of time trying to open the gate we went back to the reception to ask for help, then the guy came to help us and he noticed that he gave us a wrong key. Also, on booking they defined that checkout time is at 10:30, but they called us at 10:15 to tell us that we're late to checkout because their real checkout time is 10:00.The wifi barely worked in our room, speedtest.net gave me 0.5mbps.
