The hotel was well situated for the occasion.

The guests above us were very noisy. They kept dropping things on the floor and were very loud until after 3 in the morning. 50th School reunion

The aircons were not working i had to change rooms 4 times and it was really cold that putted me off

It’s clean and the food is good

The door to my room was not functioning properly so I had to take minutes trying to open it and the most annoying part is even the cleaning lady told me that they know the door has a problem,so why did they allocate me the room if they knew there is a problem with the door?The bar is not well stocked,had to opt for another kind of drink because my usual drink was finished

Place very well looked after.

The room we stayed in didn't have utensils and a kitchen cloth and the bathroom didn't have a shower mat.

Access to the hotel is not very friendly from the opposite side of the road. And also didn't like that we couldn't swim but the staff did explain that the pool is not ready yet. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay

I had a good stay, it was clean and comfortable. However the rooms really need to improve, consider having a bar fridge in the room for beverage storage and the facility needs to have better noise control.

The breakfast was ok, but not what i expected for a buffet

No fridge in the room and bed was not too comfortable.

Convenience the property is a walking distance from shopping centres

The rooms are too small my bed was broken and i had cockroaches in my room, adding gowns & more towels would also help

The cleanliness, customer service and the surrounding area. It was very peaceful.

The Furniture, if they can renovate/redesign the hotel and change the furniture. Even the doors could not open properly.

The parking space is a bit tight

The location of the Inn is good. The Inn is clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. Safe parking on premises a definite bonus.

Perhaps a better ventilation system in the main lounge area. There is no 'cut off' for guests, for loud music/screaming/loud TV, kids playing in the corridors till in to midnight, and playing from the early morning in the corridors, from as early as 5am. We had other guests trying to enter our room 01:30AM. An honest mistake, if it was dark, but the corridors are well lit up.

Mostly the staff. Extremely professional, friendly and welcoming from security to gardening to chef to management.

The bed was quite hard and room smaller than expected. Aircon was not cold enough and on booking .com listing said DSTV but that was not the case.

Secure parking and neat room.

Bathroom and hallway smelled like smoke.

Location

I was told that rooms were not ready at check-in time. Had to wait for 20 minutes before being assigned rooms. That delayed me and ended up being late for the important meeting that i had to attend

Clean and decent value for money

It would have been nice to have a cfe or coffee room to buy snacks or food .Brekfast only served at 7 am. No facilities during the day.

Staff was excellent

Very Poor wifi connection in new building. Toilet paper should be 2 ply.

The hotel was good they welcomed us very well, the rooms did meet my expectations.

The bathroom did not have a body wash I had to buy it, it's wasn't bat because is closer to the shops.
