Location of the place,

The bed was comfortable and their room are clean.

The staff is rude there's a big sign outside written free parking but wanted me to pay for parking. Staff needs customer service training. The place needs fresh paint outside looks old and dull and the entrance gate is a big No ?. The place looks like a brothel from the outside with those R290 per couple stickers on the windows.

Friendly staff, especially the lady on reception when I checked in and the security when I checked in.

Parking has narrow space, if it wasn't for a security I would have hit something. There were cups and kattle but no cofie and tea.

The room was clean, shower perfect, no bath tub but it was clean. TV channels good selection and Wifi connection was excellent.

Breakfast was too little, not balanced....needed bread and eggs or cheese.

Everything about Bayside Pietermaritzburg. Dirty sheets and pillow cases.Noisy environment, poor service. Security was drunk

Breakfast on comrades morning was not up to the mark

The room was spacious and I was able to navigate easily. The receptionist was a good host and was able to assist me when I had a problem while I was checking in. The place is also very secured.

The bedding had stains on it, from the pillows to the sheet. I do not know if they had washed it before putting on the bed or they had not changed it at all.

The room was clean

The other guests was very loud 2am at night and someone's TV was very loud. Still can believe i had to pay for parking.

Good hotel, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast. Good value for money.

The room was not squiky clean,for me. There was hair on the floor and in the shower.

There were cracks on the wall and holes which were repaired by brown something which clearly showed that there’s a problem.

Nomaphelo was exceptional good and helpful in assisting us in booking, very polite, very kind.Security guards very helping and good, all showers are clean and in good order

Complimentary breakfast of only cereal??Hotel needs revamp, mat from the passage very dirty, doors very dirty, needs painting, paint is peeling off from the walls, balcony door is open to wind, secured with sellotape that couldn't help in the cold weather for the 3 days I booked in Bayside hotel,for me booking 5 rooms for 3 days was not worth for my money

The rooms are clean and staff are quite friendly. Spacious rooms. Security is very helpful

The location is terrible if you have a family, being next to a loud shisa nyama and a million drunk people does make you feel not safe at all The hotel building is very old and not looked after

The accommodation was good,clean,the shower was hot

Room was full of cigarette smell and we requested to be given another one and we were told that all other rooms were occupied the smell was too much and 1 of my friends is asthmatic and we couldn't sleep the entire nightThe noise was too much people were drunk and shouting and no one was controlling the noise

The friendly staff very accomodating and value for money, cleanliness of room and bathroom

Too much noise disturbance at nite and early parts of the morning... Traffic congestion on road and difficult access to parking area

Room was very spacious and very very clean.

They don't have back up during load shedding. When entering the bathroom there should be a sign that says mind your step I almost fell and hurt myself.

It was very clean and way more beautiful than I had expected also the space was big enough

The locking of the doors is a bit complicated
