Clean and staff

I didn’t like the self catering room, because the stairs, but this is my opinion

Shower and bath seperate floors

My family and I had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were well catered for by exceptionally professional and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food from the restaurant was delicious, fresh and aesthetically pleasing.

We booked the superior room and it’s big with high ceilings, it is soo beautiful. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Loved the breakfast area so intimate and I had the best pancakes for breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Waiters/Waitresses were very helpful

Bathroom at the bottom under the staircase was dimly lit. Very awkward and squashed - door cannot open without it hitting the sink, shower door does the same.Too squashed for the price paidEvery morning the security guard washes the front of the unit, when walking in and out we get messed - Note we stayed here to attend a wedding and out formal attire was messed with water. Clean when guests arnt present - found this area wet throughout the day.

The noise from the room across from us

Everything was exceptional. As a solo traveler I was very nervous, the staff made me feel like such an important guest ? My birthday was awesome ?

Extremely well appointed rooms. Lots of little extra touches. Loved the breakfast and a nice meal at the onsite restaurant, The Orange - recommend booking. Great location to break our journey form the airport in Johannesburg to the the Kruger. Will definitely stay again.

The fact that the gate on the executive suits side is always open, that is a high safety risk, we slept uncomfortable, even on arrival, as we stepped outside of our car with the gate wide open, it really felt unsafe

Food,bedroom, venue

Peaceful and tranquil environment.Room was spacious and comfortable.The staff responded promptly to a TV issue. Room service was also prompt.

Staff on the floor at breakfast were a bit slow in getting orders in ie cappuccino...extra water glasses.( the omelet chef was exceptional...delivered to order so not referring to her)

Look I’m a neat freak…not that there was anything bad but the can improve a little on cleanliness in some areas . It’s the little things that can put one off. The carpet was dirty though…very dirty. The skirting had dust and hair. I was then reluctant to walk barefoot. But seemingly the carpet was removed on my second night stay…I’m guessing to be washed. The chair had white patch stains. Changing of bedding would be nice. But one important factor I was not welcomed on arrival to enquire in the morning about check in times after travelling all the way from Ballito . The one lady Silindile was very warm and nice. The management/superviser were chit chatting didn’t take the initiative to greet that some what got to me. But later when I came back to check in the staff were very warm and welcoming.

Excellent supper at restaurant.

Room exceptionally small. Staff banging doors late into night whilst cleaning function room. Breakfast uninspiring and indifferent, which was contrary to reviews.

New, well decorated. Restaurant was good.

Our room was different to what we booked as we requested a room on ground level and only had a shower, not a bath. The room was quite noisy, cars in front and I guess staff at the back.

Their ability to make my sister’s stay so special, roses in the bedroom for celebration of her birthday. Reserved table with a birthday cake.

Noise at midnight Im not sure whether the staff was cleaning or other visitors were up and down but its was very irritating either tha that everything was good

I like the hotel as a whole, the shelter / carport protecting our vehicle from harsh weather conditions. Warm Welcoming by staff . The security officer who assisted by directing us to the parking

Everything was on point nothing to complain about.Wl definately return

I had to walk out of the building to get to my bedroom and restaurant ...very uncomfortable walking in 5 degrees and in the rain.The hotel doesnt have a GYM or a FITNESS CENTRE!!!
