Lemon Tree Premier Patna

It felt like a North American hotel.

We spent a lot of time in the room, and there was jack hammers running all day above us in the pool.

Nothing I wouldn’t say the lemon tree Hotel is 4 star , lobby is rubbish no atmosphere at all , soon as we checked in they told us you can’t drink alcohol in the hotel, you can’t even drink out side, we have paid so much money not happy at all the way you see this hotel in the pictures it’s nothing like it, I have wasted my money for that place

Soon as you enter the room you can smell the damp, some of the electric plugs weren’t working , the bathroom were filthy the shower handle came in my hand I had to call at the customer service they said we will send someone I will send you the photographs,

Good location clean and friendly staff

I didn’t know it’s a dry state but foreigners should be allowed to bring their own alcohol every counties even some Muslim countries like Dubai etc allow . We took alcohol unknowingly and they broke all the bottles worth £110. They should at least kept it and give us back on our return.

Wifi wasn't great and you had to pay for fast wifi.Bed linen wasn't spotless

Just the location

Everything else about the property was really sad, very unhygienic, bad facilities , very poor food.

-ve: food and service at the restaurant could have been better

The location was good

shower leaked, the carpets were filthy, the kettle was broken, the staff were overworked. Took me an hour to check out because the billing was a mess.

It comes under 5 star property but the services ambience everything was lesser than 3 star... The lift was also not working properly and too croudy everytime we need to wait 10 min just for lift....specially the food very less option in breakfast... Overall not worthy

Room service and night staff behaviour Specifically Mr jakir , rude and arrogant.

The staff is very arrogant and they gang up against the Coustomer specially the security in charge he things as if he is the head of all departments

The hotel experience was disappointing, with exorbitant prices that did not align with the advertised rates on booking.com. Additional taxes were charged beyond what was initially shown, making the overall cost significantly higher. The food quality was average, yet the prices were high for the mediocre offerings. Furthermore, numerous hidden charges were not disclosed during the booking process on booking.com

Very central, clean and comfy hotel in hectic Patna. Staff at the restaurant took very good care of us and food was nice. Enjoyed the pool, too.Room was spacious and very clean.

The pool area is lovely. The rooms are decent - comfortable.

The only TV channels were Hindi news. Overall the location is a bit odd not much to walk around.

Clean and spacious rooms. Good staff who are ready to help at any time.

Food choices a bit limited and a tad overpriced. There were 3 weddings at the hotel at the time I stayed there so if you want a bit of peace might not be the best choice.

Nothing literally 

. There is no internet most of the time. Also the bed is very bad and the mattresses are not clean. If you want any service, the worker will come to you after half an hour.

Despite being the only hotel brand in the city, they are managing the customers very nicely and have not gotten into the monopoly mode. The property is in the middle of the city and reaching any corner is pretty easy. Staff is very nice and courteous, stay was very comfortable and the food was good too.

While the room was pretty clean, common areas like the lobby, restaurants and the lounges need attention regarding their cleanliness of the upholstery.

The location and the brand name attracted, but it was not according to my expectations

Fungi over table, chair etc. The hotel is not as it was 4 years before. Poor towel, untidy and overbleached bed linen and towel

Situated at a very good location,very good exterior and interior, cleanliness and very much spacious.
