Hotel Patliputra Continental

The Lobby, is something to be seen and felt, by far one the best I've seen, gives you a grand feeling.Size of the rooms,Courteous staff,Close to airport.Was a short stay so could not see explore much, hopefully next time.

The rooms could benefit from a bit of refurbishment.Carpets had some hard stains, which needs cleaning.It is bang on at the round about which becomes very congested at times, especially in the evenings.

Electronic equipment was not working. Breakfast was not poor for vegetarians.entry card was not working

Hotel is good but expensive food expensive breakfast expensive since they don’t have any good restaurants near the venue and they don’t allow outside food they charges are very high

Clean and well maintained

Denying the services listed in booking.com - like free airport shuttle service. They denied saying - it’s not part of my booking however it is mentioned as part of hotel booking irrespective of room type. Basic courtesy of respecting customer and trusting that - customer won’t lie just randomly. It’s not about small expense incurred in comparison to hotel charges - it’s about customer comfort. With small infant and being new to city - I reached hotel on my own and shared booking.com listing details- even then they didn’t agree - it’s their mistake and said - they will check and let me know - later they accepted and saying they will provide shuttle service during checkout which I didn’t need .

Food and Location was Fine because airport was near.

The A/C is very loud in the room, it feels like there is a Generator in the room. you cannot sleep with that kind of noise. 0% cooperation from the Hotel after asking them again and again they didn't change the room. Broken Boiler, TV not working after asking too many time they managed to get the TV working. Paying 8K and getting this facilities is worst. I will try to book some other properties next time. Worst Hotel you can stay in.

Nothing to like except for the effort put up by the management to uplift the hotel.

Cleanliness or the lack of it. Smelly hotel. A 2 star property masquerading as 4 star. Below average staff who don't know about service, just following scripted responses.

Ac, in the room was very noisy and was not working with the remote! Pillow covers were of smaller size than the pillow and were old. There were no face towels just one hand towel was provided.

Room was spacious

The interior was pretty outdated, they didn't provide wifi even after calling multiple times, everytime asking to call back in 10 minutes due to some system issue. The staff was polite, but they were trying too hard to Converse in English and end up taking in broken English. The food from breakfast and inhouse dining was pathetic

Excellent, warm and friendly service from arrival to departure. Room large enough for my yoga practice

Bad hotel

The staff didn't bothered what guest is asking for,they brought tea in a broken kettle,only worried for the money not for the convenience of the guest

Very bad room given to me.. I wanted non carpeted room

I should have got what I expected as I checked in the evening and checked out early morning

Rooms are big and clean and cozy

Everything is overpriced, from food to laundry inside the hotel.So i wouldn’t recommend either as the food is only fine food and its to expensive,And laundry you could do at any other place and it’d be 1/3 the price or even less.

This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Patna. What I most like about it is the extraordinary friendliness of the staff. Incredibly attentive. The facilities are in excellent condition, the room spacious and very clean and the food delicious. The breakfast was an immense buffet One staff member stands out, the Front Desk manager Mr. Rashaun. He is always standing in the lobby, constantly watching that guests are being treated well and receiving all the help and service they require.

A wonderful hotel! The facilities are top notch, the guest-room ample and comfortable and the location excellent for those in the center of town and near the airport. However what reLly makes this hotel shine are it’s staff. The employees are super friendly, hospitable, and competent. I really felt at home there. In particular, their Front desk staff and bellmen. Ao nice, a reflection of the very helpful Fromt Desk Manager, Mr. Raushan Kumar.

Nothing stands out. This is the ppace to stay of going to Patna.
