Connectivity accessibility to the city was pretty easy. Airport and Railway station both were very nearby. ??

My breakfast was included in my booked amount but upon arrival they denied that breakfast would be charged and I had to pay the money for the breakfast.....it was kinda cheat to make extra money which the hotel ppl had used.....very angry....????

It was a very nice experience to stay in the OYO flagship hotel. They really meet my expectations except some points. I got sleep well like unconsciously cause of the air condition, it was very nice, and also the hotel environment was quiet and clean.

Elevator was not working as well and also I'm totally unsatisfied with the food receptionist, i tried to call several time but they don't even answer the call.

Staff was good. Complementary breakfast was above average. Rooms were cleaned but there are flies.

Internet was not stable.

Only stuff behaviour is good

Everything... They charged me extra... No complimentary breakfast... Washroom smelling badly...
