- Its overpriced. The room I was provided is not worth of that price. They have mentioned in the website, they have airport shuttle, but they didnt provided that. They have arranged a taxi which I have to pay more and he didnt provided the receipts. If they are booking the taxi, I would have booked on my own. This is totally unacceptable.

Although I booked 2 rooms, and had confirmation for the same as well but somehow at the time of checkin, hotel system was showing 1 room booking. But reception staff helped and accommodated in bigger room with extra beds. Also, for entire hotel, there is only 1 lift, which can be a bit frustrating at times as one might need to wait long at peak hours
All in all a comfortable stay. Location a bit away from the main part of the city.

I had booked a certain category of 2 rooms (both upgraded via booking.com) but on checking in they only gave one room of that type. the second room was not in line with the confirmation from booking.com On asking them about it, they said it’s their choice as to when they upgrade and when they don’t. on showing them the confirmation from booking.com, they said we can’t do anything about it.
