- The worst part of the Hotel Chanakya is their so called top restaurant “Takshila”- I have never had such a bad mutton curry in my life- not even suitable for dog food. Decorations & ambience is fine &garlic nan was good.
- rooms were so so old like 40 years old. no maintenance. very dirty. room not cleaned. No water bottles in the room. washroom seat probably has not been changed in last 40 years…at night it was so cold and there was no heating facility. this property needs a renovation. plug points are also different sizes that can’t charge phone. very old stuff.

the reception for chekin was very poor. the payment for the stay was insisted upfront at time of chekin.. very unusual .
Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Hotel staff were very attentive and facilities were very good.
The gym could do with more equipment, although it still is quite okay. Food is overpriced and can be made more competitive.

ROOM WAS DIFFERENT THAN I BOOKED. NO WIFI AVAILABLE, MANAGER RUDE BAHAVIOUR/ILLITERATE BEHAVIOUR. PAID 1 ROOM FOR 2 DAYS + 1 ROOM FOR 1 DAY TOTAL 11760 + 5880 = 17,640. WE STAYED ONLY FOR 1 DAY X 2 ROOM DUE TO WORST SERVICE. REMAINING AMOUNT STILL THEY NOT REFUNDED? I WANT REMAINING AMOUNT.

We feel in hotel that management program is very poor like saying regarding please arrange the GEASER in room no. 103 during cold period from 25/12/2020 to 27/12/2020 but could not be arranged by management.

आज सारे जगह पानी बचाने की मुहिम चली हुई है । मैं आपके होटल में पिछले 30 साल से आ रहा हूं ।अभी भी पानी की बर्बादी बाथरूम में बहुत ही ज्यादा है ।जब आप साबर ओपन करते हैं तो साथ के साथ आपका नल भी खूला रहता है फ्लश भी आपके पुराने स्टाइल के हैं जिसमें पानी की बहुत ज्यादा बर्बादी है इस पर ध्यान दें और इसे रोके?
