Food served in lunch and dinner was good

The location was bad ..too noisy..discourteous staff... breakfast was cold

Their location is quite far from the main city. The room size is very small. Their processes need more efforts. Only fixed menu was available. Service was very poor. Staff needs to be increased. Kitchen should be able to cater for more variety and more number of people. Different segments of staff need to be trained adequately. May be they are a new set up and will take some time.

The property is well maintained and clean. Staffs are very helpful. Near to convenient store and mini complex. Food was good though not much choices.

Location - limited space for car to enter and lobby area can be improved. Utensils in restaurant can be better and look very old.

Room and facilities as per cost is good , safe for family and car parking as well , and good location

The staff is very bad , they made our journey unpleasant , as we paid for the property in advance otherwise we would not have stayed , because staff badly argued with my wife , with me and my whole family very badly , worst hotel staff experience at front desk

Rooms and cleanliness is good. Restaurant Food is good.

Surrounding Area is not that good and vehicle drop particularly tempo traveller may be a challenge.

Rooms in terms of linen, maintainance could have been better monitoring of the houskeeping staff needed.

The hotel staff is very good and helpful in all respects. Food is also good. Only the location is not that appealing.

The property is not in the best location but its close to the places of touristy places. Its a good 3 star hotel not 4 star as mention in Booking .com. Room was good size and facilities good enough for 3 star. Some of the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Specially young Jawad with beard was hard working.

The room was cleaned only on request. The security safe was not working. When asked at the front office the manager just said its not working. No effort was shown to fix it or do anything. The fridge was not working. On contacting Nawab Shaheb, the night manage, he was quick to send an young mean to the room. The young man ( I think it was Abhijit) was not willing to do anything. I had to tell him to fix it or change it, which he did.

Breakfast - Good

We have paid Rs 5500 /- per night for a room which was not at all worth. Room which was allocated to us was without any ventilation facility. No Window, No Balcony .. We requested to change the room.. They have shifted us in other room but very small room with window. Absolutely No value for money. I could find out from reception counter that room which was given to us was available at Rs 3000 to 3500. We complaint to the shift manager.. they said ..you have booked room through Booking .com.. You may please write to them.. we cant help you. They have asked the payment before entering the room.. We paid full amount for two days.. absolutely disappointed. While leaving the hotel, staff which were present there was very rude and they could not give any satisfactory answers to any of our question.. in fact at the same time they were busy with arguing with other customer.
