Pool was under construction, so it could not be used

It's a 4.5 star hotel

Should have included breakfast for the price paid.

The room was overall nice and clean, liked the rain shower, room service.

I have had a few issues with the hotel:1) the room card stopped working almost every day, I had to ask reception to fix it2) in the room the power sockets near bed didn't work3) TV was not working, there was an issue with remotes which was fixed quickly when I asked4) the bathroom sink was clogged, I asked to fix it 2 times, but it was not fixed

One of the senior members was very accommodating and allowed a late checkout as the flight had been cancelled. The room was nice and spacious.

Food is not at all up to the mark. very bland and tasteless. Some junior staff at the reception just stood with a blank face, not able to respond to any query. Booked a transport to the Airport. On the way, the driver informed that the AC was not functioning so had to go in a car without AC, and uncomfortable.

Helpful staff. Unfortunately, my wife came down with the stomach flu, but they called a doctor within 20 minutes. The chef accommodated our customized food requests and prepared very tasty meals. There was some drilling noise from the rooftop pool that disturbed us, but they promptly moved us to a lower floor. All in all, a very good stay.

There’s nothing I liked about the property

The front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest.The power kept switching off multiples times throughout the day.For the amount of money spent it’s not worth it as the room was basic and a little bit outdated. Upon arrival, I was told my room was ready but when I got to the room they were still busy and we had to wait until they finished inside the room. Everyday you need to call and get a slip for the WiFi password as it only lasts 24 hours. The house keeping and staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful.

Good meals in Ray restaurant & drinks in X factor. Staff were kind & helpful.

When we first arrived the person who was serving us was abrupt and bordering on rudeness. During our check out we brought this to the notice of the manager. Hope he attended to counselling the particular staff member???

Well appointed and good sized room

Some light switches were not working and the staff was generally unhappy

Stay was good but overpriced. At our tarrif, the complimentary breakfast should be included.

My room no was 6003. The slope of the shower area was wrong, resulting in water retention and wetness.Lack of foot lamp.Mosquitos

Over all the property good the local was good and just out side enough to get a good nights sleep from the hustle and bustle of Varanasi. The rooms was really good with a lovely hot shower to enjoy at the end of each day

The pool area at the top could do with some attention

Staff was awesome ! Special shout out for Nitin and Rajkumar at Front desk; Javed and entire team in the restaurant and Chef Madan for his special culinary touch ! Stupendous service. Always smiling and cheerful.

8th floor party lasted till 1 AM. Loud music can be heard in our room, unable to sleep after a very tiring day. They shouldn't allow any music party after 9 PM. Gym closes at 8 PM which is very disappointing

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. Felt like good value for money. The food was good as well.

The bath tub was a bit dirty, so didn't feel like using it

The room was big enough to be comfortable.There is a mall nearby.Good breakfast with many Indian and international choices.Kindness of personnel at reception breakfast and at the bar at 1st floor.

Pricey rates for the level of the structure. Too much.Internet with access vouchers released at reception is a really obsolete way to access the internet..No vouchers.in any other Hotel in India during our trip.Cleanliness should be of a much higher standard for a hotel with that daily rate. The vanity sets were opened and partially used.

Location is excellent.... breakfast satisfactory

Reception lobby needs attractive look out

-The hotel and rooms were quite clean. -Spacious room and bathroom.-Breakfast was ok. -The restaurant service was very good.

-The bathroom could be more thoroughly cleaned.-Worn out towels.-The hotel was very hot inside.-The location is far away from the points of interest, but so are all the nice hotels.-Not a good value for money overall.
