Manager and staff behaviour.

No tv, no wifi and noisy room.

The location is good so to walk 60 yds to go to Ganges river. Staff were helpful , restaurant food was great.

Getting to the hotel is difficult , as no auto s can go in those alleyways. But hotel staff are good enough to send a member to carry our luggage . Good walk. On the whole it's a good stay.

It is very close to the ghat .The staffs and the owners are very helpful .

Basic amenities like toilet paper or complementary toilet amenities are missing inspite of paying a high price .

The rooms are clean , the concierge is very professional , the position is just close to the Main Ghat .

I didn’t realize that it couldn’t be reached by taxi, and my taxi driver, who spoke no English, repeatedly tried to make me get out of the cab. Not at all the hotel’s fault; it was mine for not researching that and making transfer accommodations accordingly. They sent a gentleman on a motor bike to get me, and to take me back, which was awesome and so appreciated.

The people there were extremely welcoming and extremely helpful arranging tours and taxis etc. Ayush even gave me his number to call if I got lost in the city which is very easy in Varanasi.

Good clean hotel with lots of hot water. Excellent location in the heart of Varanasi down an alleyway but with lots of restaurants and street food. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful. A Tuk Tuk cannot drop you directly at the hotel but at top of the road and you walk for 200/300m, but it’s not far, it’s a pedestrian street.

Quite noisy with barking dogs and squealing monkeys but not the hotels fault. Good hotel in great location.

Very close to Temple and GHAT, just 5 minutes walk. The food was exceptional.

The approach of the hotel road was very dirty.

No parking facility... Location is so poor and getting down from car and walking 1.2 km from Girjaghar Chouraha to hotel through narrow and dirty lanes make life horrible for everyone...hotel sent their staff to carry luggage but staff ask money after reaching, tip is not enough. Hotel room has zero vantilation, but rate is too high and project as good hotel..... It spoilt our mood for walking so long in narrow and cow dung prone lanes.... ??

Worst location. Impossible to get in to the.There was no road practically. We had to leave the hotel.

Nobody will like to stay there

The location is amazing, its very close to the main attractions, ghat and temple are walking. The staff and management are very polite and helpfull. Breakfast was sumptuous. Beds were comfortable and clean.Clean bathrooms.

No basic toiletries, costly in terms of view,room size or facilities.

Staff was good and owner also nice but The facilities were not good according to the money.

The room was very small and three of us were given a small room, on calling I was told that the room is vacant, when I went, I would get a room at 12:00.

The hotel helped us getting a train ticket and they got us a boat for the deepdivwali. Was an amazing experience and if it wasn't for them we would have missed out on the best show of lights

Neat and clean infrastructure, manager is good but one supervisor staff is very rude.he have not any concern with hotel reputation.

Hotel is good but bed sheets are not getting change when old customer is leaving room. They are using used bed sheet for new customer. If you insist then they will replace it with used bed sheet of other room.

Nice hotel near Dasaswamedh ghat. Staff of the hotel are polite and helpful..

Room cleanliness needs to improve further. Food quality also needs to improve. Soap and shampoo are not available in the washroom.

The behavior is all that matters and stays in the memory. The wowed away with that.Surely knows customer service and how to manage things addressing things timely. I had elderly with me and they took more care of the accessibility then me.

Even though that was not a major concern but yes the hotel room hot water supply was troubling us a bit but workable.

Location, no vehicle access from 500 meters or so. Some staff just don't understand customer needs. Our room was noisy - picked up all noise from kitchen.

Very helpful staff. They proactively reached out on day of arrival and escorted us from the point of cab drop. Very good location - right next to ghaat and mandir. One of the few hotels which have a lift. Would heartily recommend.

Food can be better.
