Location
There is no lift and we were given room on 2nd floor due to online booking. Very difficult for us to manage particularly when we had to walk a lot for Temple darshan. No lift should be prominently displayed to all while booking. Without this information, it is wrong to take bookings.

The customer service was outstanding, and I appreciated the welcoming attitude of the staff. The room was clean, and the food exceeded my expectations, especially the delicious vegetable kofta, which I highly recommend.

Location was on the road. Finding auto and cab was easier. Staff was cordial and supportive.
There was no parking. My car was parked outside the hotel on the road. Room AC was good but sounds like generator.

Overall the location is nice. Rooms are not that big. It is ideal for two people honestly.
Nothing in particular. Toiletries and other things could have been better.

No lift, difficult to climb up stairs. Also no geyser in toilet. Room size is a tad bit small, but well decorated, neat and tidy.

Firstly,the staff was unskilled amd the hotel was shabby. The maintenance was poor and it seemed like a PG.
Staff behaviour is very good.first day was given standard room when we said that this room is not a deluxe then they did chang the room.that's the thing is wrong. everything else is right. no sorry...?
the location was good , i mean i wanted into city and it was into the city.
The rooms were very small compared to pictures. The beds seems to be torned and dirty. Bathroom was bad too. The staff was good but these lacks can't be fulfilled by their good behaviour.
