Room was leaking water all along. Unclear where it was from but the floor and walls were all full damp. Had to fight to get a replacement and that wasn't fully fine too. Would avoid this property. Fact that they allocated that room knowing it's state speaks for itself.

The best part of the stay was the helpful and cordial attitude of the staff especially Mr Shubham KR Srivastava and Ms Ujjala and not to forget the Guard bhaiya . The housekeeping staff was very prompt and they helped in keeping the room clean and well functioning. The close proximity to the temple is a plus point , one can easily find an auto or tuk tuk to reach at any point. Overall a peaceful clean well equipped stay.

Some of the staff members are very polite and welcoming.

Staff are unaware about the policy and did not convey properly. Specially related to the extra charges on late check out.Or I felt like they communicated so that they can make extra money.

Value for money and a good quiet location. Convenient that there was restuarant at location, though the good was so-so for the price. But good when you don't have any other option. Provided a good reference for a travel agency which helped in our trip.

Corridors smelt of something disgusting everyday and made us very uneasy. Response from service was at times delayed or non satisfactory. Extra matress on floor but no bed which is disappointing.

The room was very clean and tidy.The staffs there were extremely good.Manoj the security and Ravi was very much helpful to us,no words to appreciate them ?.The restaurant and the food was very very good, yummy ?.the Cook there very good.there the incharge also was friendly

The location. The security guard and a service person at the restaurant were very service oriented.

The shower head had not been cleaned for several weeks. Supplies were disorganized, the ac remote was not working and neither was the coffee kettle.. Both could have been checked prior to check in. The other staff were not trained for the hospitality industry.

Only the restaurant time taken was too much ...also they goofed up my order to another room ...and it was pretty delayed...

Spacious modern comfortable room. Friendly receptionists who helped us arrange laundry. Good breakfast and dinner. Great value for money

Hassle via WhatsApp and on the booking.com chat from PerfectStayz central admin department, demanding a deposit three times after booking. The reservation clearly stated a deposit was not required, and they still hassled me after I got Booking.com customer services involved. They also asked me 4 times for an arrival time, when Id given it up front. By contrast, the on site staff were great.Located some way from the centre/amenities but the neighbourhood is nice.We were on the ground floor so a bit noisy around reception (tile floors)

Including from maintainance to cleanliness nothing is upto the markRestaurent food is not good and high priced , they won't do daily room cleaning , bathrooms are ok ,but need more cleanliness, and a hair dryer is a basic requirement I will definatly won't recommend Not value for money People who come from Andhra and telengana ,this hotels restaurent food is not suitable for them

Actually I didn’t have the breakfast there because I don’t know you provide breakfast.so I request you please inform each guest about the facilities about your service from the front desk.And the breakfast should be complimentary

Good food and services neat and clean. All arrangements well settled and service time correctly time.

The staff was very good and courteous. Helped us in accomodating my parents who were last minute addition and no additional room was available anywhere due to MahaKumbh rush.Commute is easily available as it is on a major road. Breakfast and the eating option available were good.

The size of the room was bit small and no sitting option was available. Having a small chair and a table would be great.

The hotel location is far from Ghat Area, Auto takes around 150 Rs. Hotel isn't very clean. Toilet has a exhaust that doesn't work. The fan keep making creaking sounds. There is no ventilation in the room. The towels smell of bleach. They dont have daily housekeeping. In the 2 days stay they didn't clean the room at all. The staff isn't that responsive. We had to call 3 times to ask for towels. Pillows are too large, we can't sleep on them. No Hangers are available.
